Put in an order for 3 safes, 2 of them were delivered no problem. One went out of stock after I had already ordered, received an email from customer services telling me I could have another, I replied to this several times and rang the team as I needed to know the cash insurance holding limit but when I called they just told me to reply to the customer services email again. Not helpful as the site was due to open and I needed a safe urgently. When someone finally replied and I agreed to go for this they then informed me that this was now out of stock and I could have a 3rd option which I agreed to but again no one replied confirming whether they would be ordering this or not. Hopefully this is now ordered
