DREADFUL COMPANY - Dreadful service, substandard product!
I ordered 3 desks on 24 hour delivery (which I paid a premium for) this turned up in 3 days. Furniture@Work were not at all sympathetic and would not refund the premium I paid for the 24 hour delivery service. Had to waste loads of time, had to threaten legal action, and had to explain to 3 different people and wait 2 weeks for a resolution. They did not tell me the product would not be delivered the expected day and I found this out when I had waited in for delivery all day and phoned the company to chase delivery update - to be told the products were not even in stock.
I finally got what I paid for, but they were very rude and unprofessional and tried to anything to avoid giving me money back that I paid for the 24 hour delivery (which was £99 extra).
2 desks I received would not assemble correctly, one I had to use a metal saw to shorted the height adjusting leg and one other desk had to drill a new hole in the leg assembly to get it to screw toegther as it should have done.
My advise is to not use this company - poor quality product, they do not deliver on their promises and the customer service is non existent.
The worst experience I have had for many years!
