When I found the product I wanted in the Furniture@Work brochure I then went online to buy it. Before I got onto the website a big warning flashed up about how unreliable their website was and that their customer service was awful. Despite this I did order my office chair. It arrived promptly. When my husband then tried to put the chair together, the back of the chair did not fit and got slightly torn. He phoned customer services who were very helpful and said they would despatch another chair back. This arrived very quickly and our new chair is super.
So the dire warnings about the website and customer service were not correct from my perspective and I would be pleased to order other office products from them as required.
