We ordered a desk and chair 22nd Oct for a new employee selecting from the 24 express range. The chair arrived the next day but no desk. Upon enquiring myself the day after I was informed the desk was unavailable. No one had contacted me to inform me this was the case. I was told during my call someone would call me back, no one did, but I received an email 2 days later responding to mine. I was offered an alternative with a 7 day delivery time, of no use to me. The order was cancelled on the 28th Oct, today is the 7th Nov and I have had to call to chase the refund. Cordial staff and good telephone manner aside the service has been worse than poor.
