responsive communication and excellent delivery service
Questions were answered quickly and truthfully, with reserve so as not to disappoint. The mark that was listed came out without even using any chemical cleaner. Delivery was at time and date specified. An overall excellent experience and I look forward to my next purchase from you.
May I take this opportunity to thank you again we still cant believe how lucky we are. we saved over £200 on list price.

Furniture Choice ,the best price by far for the bed i wanted.
Ordered a matress online with no problem , They give you a choice to get it delivered when it suits you (day ,not time ) which helped me as i chose a day when im off. The delivery came as expected ,in good condition . I recommend this shop to anyone and can find no fault with its service.

Milton Dining Table and 4 Chairs Set (Oxford Light)
Delivered on time . Chairs are not so strong especially when you have to use supplied cheap alan keys to screw legs made with cheap wood from Malaysia. Not a bargain for the money paid.

Excellent prıce and excellent servıce
The mattress I ordered arrıved speedıly. The contact I had wıth customer servıces was very frıendly and helpful. I would have preferred a shorter delıvery wındow (ıt was 7am to 7pm) or the optıon for the drıver to phone me half an hour before arrıval as offered by some companıes. But other than that all went well and Id use them agaın.

Excellent service, prices and delivery options but the website could be better.
We purchased a silentnight mattress from furniture choice. We chose them because they were to lowest price for the mattress we wanted and offered a choice of delivery days. The website was a little difficult to use and the delivery options were a bit confusing so i ended up choosing "call me to arrange delivery" as the only other options were next day and i wanted it in a few days time. The person on the phone was helpful and arranged it for the day we wanted it.
The delivery driver was a little abrupt and I ended up helping him carry it into my house. They want to charge extra for delivery to a bedroom which meant I found having to help the driver a little annoying when he only brought it to the door. He then walked off and apparently signed for it himself without really giving me much opportunity to check it wasn't damaged.
The mattress itself is brilliant, well made and very comfy. I haven't slept this well in ages. It is very firm though compared to some other memory foam mattresses so if you don't like a firm mattress this isn't the one for you.

Superb service, superb products!
Ordered some dinning chairs on the Sunday. Had a call regarding delivery the very next day. Booked them in for the Wednesday and all arrived on time! Really easy to assemble and great quality. VERY pleased!

Smooth process from start to finish
FC kept in contact with us throughout process, and it all ran smoothly. We were given a delivery slot of 12pm until 7pm the evening before delivery, and at 12.01pm on the day the driver rang me to say he was on his way. There was probably a bit of luck involved in that, but I was suitably impressed. Theirs was also by far the best price on the Internet for what is an extremely comfortable mattress.

Fantastic sofas fantastic service
I bought two sofas and was a little worried about buying them on line as you cannot tell just how good the quality is or how comfortable they are. But I can truly say they are as good as they looked and as comfortable. Really fantastic, the delivery men unpacked them and took away all cardboard etc.

Amazing purchase from beginning to end . . . .
From my first phone call to furniture choice the advisor knew exactly what she was talking about, knew about the products and could help me settle on a choice. The purchase was smooth, the contact was without fault. On the day of delivery I had a phone call from the delivery people saying how long they would be :) my sofa was brought up 4 flights of stairs by one female and one male without any issue. They took my sofa out of its packaging, checked it over, put it together and put it exactly where I wanted it without any hesitation. They took all the packaging away and left me with a gorgeous new sofa that I love. My hat (if I wore one) goes off to the delivery people who were friendly and professional and a real asset to furniture choice, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from yourselves again and am already trying to narrow down which sofa my parents should get from your range. I've worked in sales for 20 years and would be happy to have any of your team working alongside myself.

Furniture MY Choice was Excellent
I have been looking locally and on the internet for a dining table and chairs.As soon as I saw the oval townhouse table and java chairs on Furniture Choice I knew that was the design I had been looking for.I was a little apprehensive and unsure about the free delivery and the quality.I need not have worried the delivery company were excellent and telephoned me 30 mins before they arrived,and the dining suite is so much nicer than I could have imagined.The faux leather pads on the dining room chairs are fine but not to my liking so I have recovered them in a fabric of my choice,and I am absolutely thrilled with my new dining suite,and my family and friends cannot believe the price I paid.

Comfort beyond belief
I puchased a two seater brown leather reclining sofa. The company contacted me with various delivery dates to suit myself. The delivery was prompt. The sofa was so easy to assemble that I did it myself. As I suffer from back problems this sofa is ideal for me, it gives me support in my lower back where I need it and having the option to sit with y feet up while watching TV is ideal. It is soooo comfortable. It is that comfortable that my partner has taken to sitting beside me to watch TV so that he too can sit with his feet up, something he hasn't done it years. Thank you so much.

Appallingly unreliable-ended up cancelling order
In March, I asked FC how long it would take to fulfil an order for 8 aniline leather dining chairs. They confirmed that the 6-8 weeks advertised on the website was accurate. I placed the order based on this information.
At the end of April, I had not heard anything about the progress of the order so as it was approaching the 8 weeks "maximum" time, I e-mailed them for an update. I received this response:
"We have got an update on your order for the manufacturers and they have said the delivery week to you will most likely be the beginning of June.
We will keep you updated on any further progress."
I responded that this was disappointing, given that I had specifically checked the accuracy of the advertised time. I added that it was doubly disappointing that I had had to chase for the update-FC had not made any attempt to contact me to tell me that the order was delayed.
Following this, my trust in them was damaged so having heard nothing further, I double checked with them on 12 May (9 weeks since the order was placed) that we were still on for a June delivery. I received this response to that e-mail:
"Having contacted them further, they are now informing us that the chairs you have ordered are not now expected to be available to deliver until the first week in July, and I appreciate this now means a further delay."
Once again, I expressed disappointment that I had had to chase to find out news of yet another delay. FC had made no attempt to keep on top of the manufacturer or to keep me updated with progress of my order.
I asked them whether they could offer any guarantee of the July date or this charade could carry on forever. I received this response:
"The manufacturers seem positive that they can supply the chairs at the beginning of July, however, after this incident I do not want to guarantee this, as we are in the hands of the manufacturers and they have only given me this as an estimated date, which I appreciate isn’t ideal."
I have had to buy some temporary chairs as we really needed some for an important event in June. I explained this to FC and asked whether they were prepared to offer a discount or something in recognition of the inconvenience, poor service etc. FC offered me £20 - on an order value of over £1600, this was nothing short of an insult, although if they had shown any inclination to pull out all the stops for a July date, I may have bitten my lip and gone with it.
In the event, I asked for an immediate refund of the full amount which they had been sitting on since March-would rather have had it in my bank account so there's another cost. The refund was put through straight away so no complaints there but what an ordeal.
Despite FC claiming that their prices were highly competitive (hence the insulting 1% discount offered as goodwill gesture), I have been lucky enough to stumble across a local firm who are able to fulfil the order within a fortnight, delivery already arranged and for a little bit less than FC.
Never again-I only hope my experience can help to inform others' decisions and avoid the same sort of hassle for other people. I didn't mind the delay so much as the lack of any action from FC so that I was having to chase all the time. Not my idea of customer service.
Obviously can't comment on the product itself as I never received it.

Firstly, as I have expressed during our our telephone conversation, and also at length in my e-mails to you, I apologise profusely for the delays you have experienced with your order for the Country Rollback Aniline Leather Chairs. I am however a little disappointed that you appear to have copied into this feedback excerpts from the e-mails received from me, but have neglected to include my sincere apologies which were expressed within the body of these.
Please note that the chairs you ordered are a made-to-order product and are usually supplied and delivered direct from the manfacturer. At the time you placed your order with us, we had no reason whatsoever to believe that they would not be able to supply the chairs within the 6-8 week guideline as shown on our website. Indeed, the supplier did not advise that there was likely to be a delay in fulfilling your order, until the end of this 6-8 week period. Whilst the suppliers have confirmed they did not expect such a delay either, I have certainly expressed strongly my dissatisfaction that they did not highlight to us at any time that there would be a problem meeting our target delivery date advertised by us.
I appreciate that the delay you experienced has caused severe inconvenience and I am very sorry that we have let you down. Whilst it is no comfort to you, I can give you my assurance that your experience of our company is extremely rare, and that the lead times shown on our website are indeed usually very accurate.
Once again, I am sorry for the upset this has caused and if you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact me again.

Good quality, value for money, delivered fast and on time.
Our new dining table and chairs look great and were really good value. Delivered very quickly and the whole transaction was dealt with on line. Overall very happy.....however, the self assembly was a right job. Very fiddly and took several hours to put it all together. The worse part were the bolts holding the legs on the chairs. The Allen key was made of cheap, soft metal and soon wore down (luckily there was one for each chair) so I would warn anyone who buys to prepare themselves for a few hours of work......other than that all good and at least you know it has been put together well!

Went above and beyond. Highly recommended
Having visited a friend for 2 weeks, and slept on the most comfortable mattress I'd eve tried, resulting in NO BACK ACHE WHATSOEVER, I was saddened to learn the mattress was discontinued.
I had taken details, couldn't find it online, so went round many furniture shops.
Furniture Choice were the ONLY company who took details of this mattress I'd found, and CALLED THE MANUFACTURER to find out all the information they could. Not one other company did this.
The lady who handled my query was friendly, and just so helpful.
delivery was scheduled and arrived on time.

Excellent service
My experience of dealing with this company is excellent. The contacted me the week before the delivery to ask when it would be convenient for them to deliver. we arranged a day and I was contacted again the day before delivery to give me an approximate time, (this was a 2 hour slot). The contacted me again on the day of delivery to tell me they would be with me within the next half hour.
The delivery men were polite and very helpful and we checked the items off together to ensure no items were missing or damaged.
The dining table and chairs were well packaged with no damage, and had simple, straight forward instructions for fitting together.
The company delivered on the date arranged, within the allotted time frame, with no damage to the furniture.
I am very pleased with my dining table and chairs and I think this was excellent value for money.
This is the first time I have used this company but it won't be the last and I would recommend them to anybody.

Sofa so good.
Delivery was fast, delivery men were very good, they phoned me ten minutes before

Lovely dining set
After a long search, decided to go for this dining set which is not very expensive and gives a stunning look to your kitchen/dining room.
Though i was a bit apprehensive to buy online unsure about how it looks after buying, quality of the wood etc.. Upon receiving i must say it looked just like what's shown in the picture. As i am not a DIY person found it hard to assemble, especially the chairs.
I would defn recommend this product. Its value for money.
Though it looks like teak/rose wood its actually Rubber wood. Shouldn't matter, does the job!
