Replacement of faulty bed
I was unhappy with the mattress stitching on my new bed. The delivery man took photos and I completed a form. Within a couple of days, I received an acknowledgement letter, then a few days later a call to say a new bed was being ordered for me, then a follow up call to say it was at their warehouse, then a call to arrange delivery, which happened as promised. I now have my perfect bed and today a letter arrived apologising for my inconvenience and an offer of a 10% discount on a future purchase. I was really worried after reading many negative reviews but the staff at Croydon Branch could not have dealt with this better. Superb customer service!
