Appauling service, staff totally incompetent

Bought wardrobe and sideboard on 30th August from Watford store. Had no phone calls on progress of order so contacted them mid October to be told item was damaged and returned to Germany and I would expect delivery mid November. Said I was not happy and expected them to build the wardrobe for free, the salesman said he would check and let me know, 1 week later I call as had no response only to be told he has gone on holiday. Spoke to the manager he agreed to getting wardrobe built and told me he would speak to supplier. almost 1 week later still no reply so called and manager told me he had forgot!

I have called them 12 times every time they said they would call and never did. Was finally told my item would be delivered in 7-10 days and after 12 days no call, so again I call them and told I will get a call no later than a week later for delivery, but they won't do a weekend, so I cancelled my order. After 3 days am still waiting for them to get back to me to refund my money. Every time I call the salesman is either out of office or busy.

Have been promised a resolution today (18th November) almost 3 months after ordering! If not my next call will be to head office and trading standards.

My money is being refunded, although it will take about a week to show, so just keeping my fingers crossed
