Having just received my letter from customer services saying after inspection from technician we have natural settlement on our sofa and is not covered and will not proceed further.One end of sofa is sagging very badly and its like sitting in a hole and after only 16 months its not what you expect, QUALITY GUARANTEE DONT THINK SO..Rest of chairs fine,on speaking to c/s was told to rotate use of chairs so they dont wear or damage Thought you bought them to sit on.Have asked to speak to someone higher today in c/s i am waiting as SOFA IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE 2/11/13
