Great service
I would highly recommend Fusion Doors. Great website where you can 'build' your perfect door (it's great to be able to try out different colours and designs) and good price compared with other quotes we got. Very easy to order and we received the phone calls back exactly when they said they would be in touch. Our new door was fitted this week and looks fantastic; very happy.

Very happy with the service from start to finish. The fitters were very professional and very friendly and have done a brilliant job.

I am very happy with my new door
The whole process was carried out very professionally from the point of ordering until installation. The online ordering was easy to follow and any problems we did encounter were dealt with over the telephone in a friendly and efficient manner. The door was exactly as we ordered and we feel it is very good value for money. The fitters were professional, courteous and showed respect for our property keeping their work area clean and tidy at all times. We would recommend Fusion Doors to friends and family.

We took time to choose exactly the door we wanted and we are not disappointed
We did our homework and chose the site online that offered all the options that we wanted. Ordering was simple. Confirmation, telephone calls, arranging a date for fitting went exactly as they stated. The door was fitted by well mannered men who did an excellent job and left no mess.

Straightforward Reliable Helpful
I was having dificulty sourcing a front door that complied with insurance specificiations and police recommendations until I came accross Fusion doors. A good price, easy to use the online system and properly installed. Fusion also called to ensure that I was happy with my choice before manufature, and were patient when I changed my mind. All in all an excellent service.

Very good any every way
I've been really pleased with every stage of my order, starting with the website door designer, which makes the ordering process simple and straightforward, and sets out the price clearly. On placing my order, there was good and prompt e-mail and phone follow up. The measuring up was done a couple of days later, and then the fitting day was about nineteen days after that. The fitting was done to a very high standard, and it was carried out with the least disruption. It probably took about four hours in total.
The door looks great and is a very high quality product; very nicely engineered and manufactured. Good and solid, secure and thermally efficient. I went for the secured by design lock, and I think this is worth doing for the small amount of money it costs, and the added security benefit.
I did do my research beforehand, and reading other reviews convinced me that Fusion Doors were a great company. I can honestly say that my new front door is exactly how I thought it would be, in terms of quality, installation and service.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Fusion Doors to anyone.

A Great Service
From the moment the we made the order online the whole process ran smoothly. Promises on the Fusion Doors website were all kept with people calling when they said they would. Three weeks after ordering we have two lovely new doors. Would recommend.

Very pleased with our door and visiters have said how nice it looks.a young man came to fit it ithink his name was Craig he worked rearly hard and well. later more helpers followed but most of it was done..also was given good advice on choosing door.

Everything went according to plan.

I posted the above comments 6 months ago, soon after the £867 door was installed. At the time of buying the door from Fusion Doors I was not aware that GFD Trading had been awarded Retailer of the Year 2012 in the Regional Awards. I bought the door after the mainly positive comments on this website.
The following incidents will allow you to judge for yourself.
October 2012 - New door (top half glazed) was installed.
.
December 2012- Two people came to alighn the door because it was difficult to lock.
February 2013 - After I informed the company that the cassette over the glazed section was coming unstuck, two people came to replace the entire glazed unit and fitted new cassettes. They also realigned the weather strip at the bottom.
March 2013 - One person came to align the door because it appeared not to be properly aligned. The surface of the door was not flush with the frame. This person decided that the door was warped and it needed to be replaced.
April 2013 - Two persons came and fitted a brand new door.
It has taken almost 6 months to have a fault free door. Nine people have been involved with the door from installation.You don't expect this after reading the positive comments posted on this website. There was no friction involved in my dealings with the people in the company or those who attended onsite. However, I would have been nice to get an acknowledgement to a recorded delivery letter sent to the owner of GFD Trading in March 2013.

we appreciate your comments and apologise for the inconvenience you have been caused. In this rare instance the door was found to have a slight manufacturing defect, which is a rarity but can unfortunately happen.
Unfortunately a manufacturing defect such as this is impossible to determine until the door is fitted. We replaced the faulty item as promised and feel that the issue was dealt with swiftly on our part. This defect was also responsible for the cassette issue in February.
Regarding the alignment in December, this can be required in the weeks after a door is first installed. As the door settles it can experience a certain amount of 'thermal movement'. This problem was reported on the 10th December, we attended site and rectified it the next day.
We hope that despite the issues you experienced you will appreciate we have resolved these as quickly as possible, and we thank you again for your custom.

Great service way above expectations !
From order to finished job,I couldent have been more pleased ,
simple straight forward ordering ,polite fitters that spent more time on the finishing touches then the installation of the door and frame ,as for cost ,there was no hidden extras and I would gladly reccomend this company and products to my friends and family .

Wow - Fabulous door, professional & efficient service all round
From ordering to installation I have been more than impressed with the service provided by Fusion Doors from initial contact within 1 hour of ordering to arranging the survey and fitting. Very punctual, tidy and courteous fitter completed the job in 2 hours. Very happy customer, will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone considering ordering online who may have reservations.

If you are worried about ordering on line, don't.
We were not sure about ordering our door on line but after reading the reviews decided to go ahead as the price was a huge saving on what we had been quoted from other door companies. We liked the fact that we could design the door ourselves and then be able to see what the door would look like. Once we placed our order we were phoned by [Name] who answered all questions and arranged for for [Link] to contact us to arrange measuring and fitting. We waited longer than seven days for fitting as we also wanted a window fitted alongside the door. Once we were giving a date everything went to plan and we were really pleased with both the door and fitting. Our door has now been much admired and we would not hesitate to recommend Fusion doors to others.

Good service, good product
The online tool enabling you to choose your door style and furniture works very well - you really can "see" what you're getting. Once this was complete, the service was good and the guys turned up on time, did the job with no fuss and departed. The door really is a good quality product and it's a relief to have it in place.
All in all very well done, and although I've given 5 stars I would mention that the time from order to installation was slightly longer than the advertised - closer to two weeks. But that's still, reasonable, I think, for something like a new front door.

Excellent doors and service
I've order two doors now on separate occasions. Both arrived far quicker than the high street could offer and the service and product were excellent.

A Fusion fantasy!
Fusion are fabulous!
Having placed my inital order and being informed that my unique door design would be individually made to my specific order I was impressed that it was ready to be installed within 7 days of ordering, Unfortunately however I was not and had to cancel installation twice which was always accepted curteously by the Fusion and [Link] team.
When I did get my act together and was able to have the door fitted I was impressed by the quality of the product; in my deisgned the leaded feature has been individually leaded rather than a transfer outline attached and the professionalism of the team who fitted the door on the day.
I would recommend everyone have a Fusion fantasy!

Went Very Smoothly
Like many others have stated, i also was a bit unsure of ordering a door from an online company i had never heard of. After reading the positive feedback i decided to go ahead and everything went smoothly from using the website right through to the door being installed.
It was also a very competitive price compared to other quotes i got.

Great Service
I'm very impressed with my new doors; a front door and glass side panel and a plain back door.
The whole ordering service was very simple and the website easy to use. I tried various combinations until I settled on the design I was happy with.
It did take a little longer than promised for my doors to be fitted but maybe I was part of the pre Christmas rush and overall all it was a minor issue.
The fitters did a great job - they were very polite, they cleaned up after themselves and I just love my doors! Thank you!

I am very happy with my front and back doors. They look amazing and I can rest assured they are secure. We noticed an immediate noise level reduction (i live on a main road).
It really was so simple and easy. Get a step by step non-commital quote for any type of door style without the hassle of unwanted salesmen, which you can save and come back to. Once you have decided, follow their simple online instructions. Order the first door and the option for a £50 reduction to continue and order a second door comes up. You then get an email explaining exactly what the process is going forward.
I shopped around, their prices are competitive. They promise to sort a survey the next day, this promise was upheld. Didn't even have to take a day off work, they phoned me an hour before arrival and i took an hour off work for the survey. Once they received the survey back i got another call to double check everything i wanted and arrange my fitting date.
The fitters came and did an excellent job. Taking care to clear up after themselves. They laid protective cloth on the floor to protect my carpets while they worked and hoovered up when they finished.
I wholeheartedly would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service, Excellent door
We ordered a red door from Fusion, we wanted something contemporary. A surveyor came within a week, and the door was fitted 10 days later. Both surveyor and fitters were very friendly, professional and efficient. They were very neat, clean and careful. The fitting of the door took about 2 hours, and the fitters took care to put our alarm back in place. The finish of the fitting is absolutely perfect, better than the original and the quality of the door is really beyond expectation. Its solid and very secure.
Absolutely nothing could have been done to improve either the service or the product. We are delighted with the door.

Really happy with Fusion
I was so pleased with my door. I had been looking at these doors for a long time, because they did cost so much money, but they were worth every penny. I had to make a few telephone calls as I was undecided about my choice of door. Laura was so helpful every time I made a call. I was kept me informed all the way through and it was all completed so quickly. The staff were all wonderful and so polite - I would highly recommend this company.

I searched everywhere for the "Perfect Door" and found it with Fusion.
My Husband and I knew we wanted a composite door, after our existing door was looking tired.. We did the usual thing and went through our local paper and asked some companies to come out and see us..
We were less than impressed... their products seemed great, but the prices they quoted and the companies when they turned up, didnt fill us with confidence.
We decided to take a look online, and couldnt believe the choice.. We shortlisted a couple of companies, and then looked at them even more.
My husband is a bit Dilligent in these matters, he is an engineer, so knows a thing or two about these things, and basically our shortlist came down to Fusion..
That dilligence, truly paid off, from sales to fitting, and even aftercare, we have been treat as we were the most important customer. At every stage their team have looked after our every need.
I can't begin to say just how good they are, i wish more companies had their level of service..
All I can is Fusion is superb, and i know my family and friends will be choosing them too..

Beautiful and affordable!
I thought that their website was fantastic and when it came to the door being fitted it didnt take half as long as I thought. They even took the door so I didn't need to sort that out! Very happy overall and I know that if I had any problems in the future I always have my DGCOS pack to fall back on!

Wonderful sales experience
From start to finish, Fusion Doors was fantastic, I created my own door and was given the price straight away on line then was contacted to see if there was anything else they could help me with! They have very good customer service skills. The day of the fit went very well, the fitting department was polite and did everything they needed to in an organised manor and the door is the best one in the street! My family and I are over the moon! Highly reccomend this company to anyone!

I recently purchased my door and was extremely happy with service throughout. I found the website easy to use and the staff were very helpfull and friendly. I purchased the key free handle system for my door which I was more than happy with and really finishes my installation to a high standard. An excellent service with fantastic one on one customer service.
I have found the whole experience of Fusion Doors excellent. I thought that the customer services was very good and they were always there if I needed any questions answering. I felt comforted by the fact I recived my DGCOS pack through in the post the next day after paying my £100 deposit. The day of installation was very easy!
