Poor Quality Products, Dreadful Customer Service

I purchased A Futon cover 12 months ago, After about 8 months I noticed it wearing thin in a couple of places, but not the area where I sit or use often, so returned it to the store only to be met with, we will have to get this 'tested'. I was told they would get back to me within 10 days, I thought that was a long time to wait, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Anyway, I waited and waited, then after waiting 4 weeks without any contact whatsoever, I decided to call to find out what was going on. First she couldn't even remember who I was, then finally she remembered and said that after 'Testing', they had decided that I had misused the cover...Now, I know it's easy for me to say, but I didn't. It's a Sofa Bed, It gets used occasionally, the wear was not where I sit on it and there WAS a fault with the fabric, It shouldn't of worn out that quickly with such little use.

The quality is poor, when you buy a Futon Cover (not a Futon mind you) 'a Cover' for £99!!! You expect a Quality product. But worse than that is the fact that when it obviously hasn't met expectations and you want redress, You get no respect whatsoever, you get treated as a liar and cheat, blamed for the fault and told you can't have your money back or a replacement cover and just to really kick you in the teeth, they make you wait 4 weeks before telling you...

Never again, Take my advice, go elsewhere, this dreadful company won't be in business much longer If they have staff like Jenny Parsonage working for them.

Bad quality furniture awful customer service

I have been battling over bed I have purchased from them over 3 months now, their bed creaks at every move so I have been facing disrupted sleep over this whole time and they don't care. I had to go trough so many hoops with a complain and after 4 visits to the shop I was told I have to send an email, not even a phone number to raise my complain. After a lot more time and a lot more emails eventually someone came to see the bed, established that the creaking comes from the frame all over the place and had been explained 1 broken slut which is not causing any creaking has been broken by walking on the bed trying to stop the creaking noises I receive an email that the creaking is due to the damage I have caused!! This company is disgraceful and does not value their customers. Please stay away from this company as you only in for a disappointment.
