I bought call of duty ghosts , and the game is not working on my PC , they refused to change my key with another game or refund my money , i payed 40 euro , shame on you g2play.net shame on you , no respect for people with problems , and on Facebook they told me " In case of any issues with the key we offer Money back Guarantee! " its not true guys don't trust this site .
I received a cd key who was already activated by someone else! Slow support! First they said "we send you a new one" but they didn't send me a new one! Instead of sending me a new key they asked me to give my Steam name and Pw to them that they could activate the game on there own! Thieves, that's what they are! I will call Paypal and do everything i can to get my money back!

EDIT: i have to change my judgement on this. 10 Minutes ago they sent me a new one and activated is via teamviewer. i am realy happy about it and they apologized. BUT after all i wasted a full day writing with the support and waiting for e-mails! Hopefully you don't have problems. I think i will order again at g2play..

For at gøre det "kort" så har jeg købt Fifa 14 preorder med 4 guldpakker til Ultimate Team hos g2play.net.. Jeg fik hurtigt mail'en med spillet og det virkede som det skulle, men koden til guldpakkerne virker så ikke, så jeg skriver til dem at den allerede er brugt. De vil så have at jeg skriver til EA og får det skriftligt at koden ikke er brugt af mig (mit account), jeg tænker fair nok, så skriver til EA, og får at vide at de kan se at koden ikke er brugt af mig.
Sender så på efterspørgsel både screenshot af mine origin spil (ved ikke hvorfor de skulle se dem) et screenshot af koden som ikke virkede, af "fejlbeskeden" jeg får da jeg trykkede koden ind, OG det screenshot af EA chatten hvor der står at koden ikke er brugt af mig (dvs. at g2play.net har fejlen).
Tilbage får jeg så en mail om at de pludselig skal bruge mit brugernavn og password til Origin - jegspørger så om hvorfor, og får svaret, at de skal ind og se om den case jeg har hos EA (chatten med EA) er korrekt.... Svarer så tilbage at jeg jo bare kan tage et screenshot af min case inde på min side, men nej, det er ikke godt nok (af ukendte årsager), og hvis jeg nu bare gider "samarbejde" og give mit brugernavn og password væk, så går det meget hurtigere.
Der bliver jeg så lidt småirriteret (efter at have brugt en hel dag på at snakke med forskellige mennesker for at bevise at jeg som kunde ikke har snydt dem, og at de rent faktisk har givet mig en allerede brugt kode) - og skriver så at jeg på ingen måde havde tænkt mig at give mit password / Origin bruger væk til tilfældige mennesker på internettet som jeg ikke kender, uanset om der så står "Regards from the g2play team" i bunden af mailen eller ej - samt at hvis alt den info de har fået indtil videre ikke er nok, så er det helt sikkert sidste gang jeg har handlet dér.
Altså at hvis de ikke kan give mig det jeg har betalt for uden at jeg skal give dem mine personlige oplysninger, (jeg har jo tidligere bevist for dem via EA, at koden var brugt tidligere af en anden person) så tvivler jeg på at deres firma er særlig lovligt.
Jeg blev så tilbudt REWARD POINTS, men jeg ville (naturligvis) ikke få nok til noget som helst på deres hjemmeside, uden at jeg selv skulle smide penge oveni.
Jeg takkede nej til den nu 6. person jeg skrev med i de sidste 6-7 mails og sagde "pænt" farvel.
Kort sagt: De har ikke styr på tingene, og når de laver fejl bliver det meget hurtigt DIT problem at løse som kunde. Hvordan de som "seriøst" firma kan få sig selv til at spørge om folks personlige oplysninger er mig et kæmpe mysterie. Handler der ikke igen, det er helt sikkert.

Det omhandlede spillet "Total War: Rome 2" + udviddelsen "Greek States Culture Pack".
Jeg fik selve spillet på udgivelsesdatoen, men fik en invalid nøgle til DLC'et. Skrev efterfølgende til dem og hold k... et bøvl at få fat i den nøgle. De ville have mig til at dokumentere at nøglen ikke virkede, hvilket er fair nok, men efterfølgende spørger de mig om mit personlige login til Steam, hvilket jeg synes er alt for meget.

When I placed my first order they asked me to confirm my PayPal e-mail address by sending them a simple e-mail, when I did and within minutes I had the code for my games.
However, after telling a friend about the site he was asked to provide the following:
"The most important information is : name, surname, city you live in, date of birth and expiration date of your document. "
Once you pay with PayPal information like this is irrelevant, the site is dodgy even though it sometimes works I wouldn't trust it from here on out.

I just bought defiance for the pc direct download, and I've been emailing these people back and forth for two hours with no cd-key. They're also taking forever with the emails. I'm in Missouri right now with my dad because of work, but my house is in Texas. They are asking me why I'm in Missouri and if I'm using a proxy server. Why they need to know this? I have no idea. Am I frustrated with them? Very much so.

After placing the order, i was sent a picture of the cd-key within 2 hours.
Have not had a problem with G2play.net, their prices are good, delivery is fast and I've had no problems so i don't know about their support.
I just bought a game from g2play Again.
This time my EA origin told me the cdkey had already been used. I thought oh no i just wasted the Money?
I contacted G2play, after only 10 minutes they answered my mail. After 30 minutes we had several mail corrospondings finding out that the key wasnt used i just hadnt bought the basegame so couldnt use the key without the base.
Bought the game and once Again it was a perfect deal, and saved around 20$ instead of buying it right of origin.
These guys are great. Bought a couple of games from them a while ago, had one that the key took about 15 mins (Was looking forward to the game and was a tad impatient), used their live chat and they were very nice and my key was sent in the next 5 mins.
Today I again used the live chat to check on my Far Cry pre-order, hadn't even finished typing my question to ask how long until the keys will be sent when the customer service agent responded to my unsent question (could probably see that I had a pre-order). They must have had quite a few questions like I was going to ask and the agent was still very understanding.

Så skulle jeg sende et billede af mit sygesikringsbevis sammen med ordrenummeret. Efter lidt mere korrespondance fik jeg omsider min kode. Men den var allerede i brug! Så skulle jeg sende skærmbilleder fra origin flere gange. Så skulle jeg sende dem min kode og brugernavn til origin, så de ved selvsyn kunne konstatere, at koden ikke virkede. Virkelig betryggende at skulle sende sin kode til nogle i Hong Kong. Til sidst skulle jeg så kontakte EA med problemet. Alt dette tidspilde i stedet for at sende mig en ny kode! Jeg købte koden 5/11 - og nu venter jeg så på svar fra EA. HANDLER HER ALDRIG MERE! Efterfølgende har jeg prøvet [Ekstern reference], det virkede sgu, som det skulle. Bestilte en kode og fik den med det samme uden at skulle svare på alt mulig nonsens.

usually they have a good price and service but this one time i bought a game.. i didnt recive the code.. they didnt belive me when i said i had paid for it. i complained and said that this couldnt be right.. the guy reffered me to paypal to make them confirm this order

now i try to contact G2P again at their live chat... thing is.. that advisor had blocked me from their chat???
i wrote a complaint on their facebook page and sent a mail to their support..
a few hours later their customer relation manager writes to me and says he saw my complaint on their fb page (wich they didnt remove) the day after the writes to me and says that the guy have been fired and wont work for them from the 1 next month and aplogied for the inconveience
since then i had 0 problems with g2p :)

I've bought here a couple of times, and I must say: I am positively surprised. The prices are incredible, even on totally new games! It has a point-system, though the points are worth very little, it's still better than not at all!

I love this site and have bought a lot of keys from them, but sometimes i have to remind them to send me my keys after i have not received them after a while. This is frustrating but no big deal.
The only thing i that rubs me the wrong way is that i would like to know where they get the keys from, and how they manage to keep the prices so low.
And why have so few people heard about this site? Is it considered bad for the industry to buy from them?
Why does not any review site talk about it, and why are we almost getting banned from gaming forum if we even talk about this site?
I have also heard about people getting the Origin account banned after buying games from here. is this true?
I use the site a lot, with little negative experiences but i would rather buy games from steam if the price is low to support the developers more.
