Ordered the item, got a confirmation e-mail immediately, then e-mails to say the item was being picked and then shipped. Item then arrived 2 days later. Perfect.

Customer Care fails to answer phone Shock!
I was given a r/c helicopter for my birthday purchased on line from gadget Box. Great product which I have managed to break within a week!
I have just rung the number on the invoice 4 times. The company prophesies to the title Scream. That's what their telephone system made me want to do.
I don't know if they have all knocked off early but there was no-one answering at all and no chance to leave a message.
All I want to do is know if my heli is repairable.
Poor, in fact, non existent service.

Good stock with timely delivery
The order process was trouble free and delivered after just 2 or 3 days. No problems at all and with free delivery on orders >£20 it was a reasonable price too.

Fast delivery but poor or no quality control on the product (RC Seadoo Waverunner Jet Ski)
I bought an RC Seadoo Waverunner Jet Ski, which has two motors that are either on or off, forwards or backwards. The right motor is considerably stronger / faster than the left one so it doesn't go in anything like a straight line. Trying to go forwards makes it do an anticlockwise circle, about 6 feet across.
I can see quality control on these boats is next to non existent so I'm not sure there's any point going to the trouble of trying to get a replacement. Quite disappointing and it's put me off buying anything else.

great gadgetbox
I was looking to buy 1 helicopter for my son, he looked on a lot of websites that were selling them but when my son checked the gadgetbox website they were the best value for money so i bought 2 not 1 and im glad i did they are great fun and great value.

Best value for me
Took 6 days to be delivered, but It was sent Royal mail so I expected it, and not forgetting I had free postage.
Very pleased with Helicopter this is my second one, but it's the first one from Gadgetbox looks and flies just as described well packed with everything in the box including spare rotor blades and instructions for charging and flying.

This is the first time I've used GadgetBox and I will use them again when I've worn out and/or wrecked the helicopter I bought. (This old dog is finding the flying of an Apache in the living room a very difficult new trick to learn. Unlike the son-in-law who cracked it straight away! I think I'm already addicted, though.)

Great Service and Delivery
This was the first time i had used gadgetbox. I needed replecement parts for my rc helicopter. everything was so easy from registring a account then to ordering the parts needed also because the order was over £20 got free delivery. The speed of the order being dispatched was excellent also the way the parts were packaged was excellent with fragile attached to the box. The delivery arrived 2 days after I sent for the parts all in all excellent service 10 out of 10 will be using gadgetbox again.
