Great Product
I would highly recommend this product. I have an acoustic kit(that the neighbors don't like) so i got this as well as having my acoustic kit so i can play more often! Plays really well.

Great service, especially on weekdays
The thing I like about GAK is that you don't feel under any pressure to buy after you try. Staff seem to know that large financial outlays take a lot of consideration and they give you time and space to make those all important decisions. I still buy much more than I ought though!!

A pleasure doing business with you
It's always a gamble buying an instrument online, but when it's something you can't actually get your hands on anywhere locally, sometimes it's your only option.
The guitar I ordered was very competitively priced and came with a free delivery option - although I paid the very modest £7.99 to have it guaranteed before Noon the next day.
I had to ring Support, as there was something up with the tremolo unit. I fixed it myself, so it wasn't a problem. But it did mean I experience the GAK customer support guys, who were efficient, polite and not afraid to use common sense - a rare thing in customer support circles, these days.
All-in-all, nice one GAK. It was a pleasure doing business with you and I'm sure I'll be back again.

Great company to deal with, very accommodating, I would use them again in a heartbeat!
I ordered three guitars from these guys and I have to say I was impressed. On all but one of the guitars GAK were the same or less than I could find online. On the one guitar that wasn't I phoned up and got an over the phone quote for the total order, they included a price match and an additional discount.
Payment made over the phone and I organised a delivery date (when I was able to work from home). The order came on the planned day very well packaged and so there was no damage to anything.
I am over the moon with my new guitars and would certainly recommend GAK in the future.

Great choice, helpful staff and keen prices!
Went in on a busy Saturday looking for a particular amp... Met young George (staff) and we got chatting about my requirement for a rig for smaller venues. He really made the effort to get me plugged in to a few really cool rigs with a really cool guitar.... Even went as far as to set me up downstairs so I could crank the amp a bit.... His suggestion was spot on, I bought the amp and it was delivered to my home exactly as arranged. Hard to fault.. Happy me!

Quick, well priced, and easy.
After looking all over for a bass cab and deciding on the one i wanted, i found it on GAK. I had a gig at the end of the week, so needed it sharply, and all the shops in my area were out of stock.
I had absolutely no problem buying it online as i knew what the cab was like already, and the price met those of stores i had seen. GAK offers faster delivery for a fraction of the products price,allowing me to have the cab sat in the studio in time for the rehearsals, let alone the gig.

Very impressed, exceeded expectations.
I went into a local music shop after a Dunlop Crybaby wah pedal. They couldn't help me but were very quick and happy to recommend GAK, I had never heard of them before (pedal was for husband, I'm not musical!) I went home and ordered it online at a good saving, this was about 4pm, it arrived next day (the delivery was also trackable online which was reassuring) at 12pm and no delivery charge! Amazing! And it came with a choice of jack leads as a free gift - even better, so yes, will definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Thank you GAK!
