I couldn't think fo anything witty.
Man, GAK are literally insane dood, I phoned them up and told them everything I wanted and to place the order was done in less than a cigarette break, they kept me posted exactly where my order was and it was here the next day and I slapped them skins on my snare and was laughing. seriously check them out, you like me will be laughing...oh and there prices are some of the best i've ever seen around!

Aladin's cave inside the tardis.
Looks like a tiny shop from outside, nestling in The Lanes of Brighton, although the bright yellow walls are a give away. Inside it goes on & up & is packed full of treasure. My daughter thought she was in heaven. Staff are helpful & friendly & very patient, she tried guitars & keyboards there was no chance of her buying. It was also basically accessible for my son's wheelchair so he could try out the electric instruments too, although no access for him to the acoustic section upstairs. I am sure staff would have bought stuff to him to try if necessary but he went for electric & got a great lap steel guitar at a good price. The one he chose was not in shop but they had it delivered (to London) free on day of our choosing.

Fast delivery and reliable.
I put my order on Monday and I received it the next day. Surprisingly fast. I bought Epiphone Special II GT and AKG K77. Both items are in good condition.
The only problem was maybe they was no name on the FedEx packages (just reff no) and put me in a bit of problem when collecting it from the front desk of my residence hall. Maybe it was FedEx.
Overall, I am really satisty with the service. :)

I had my reservations about buying a guitar on-line without actually trying it out first but I have not been disappointed. Apart from the fact that it was so easy to order through the website, the fact that it was in my hands by lunchtime the following day certainly impressed me! Absolutely love my new Baby Taylor ... can't stop picking it up for a little twiddle ... and consequently not getting other stuff done! I was very impressed with the next delivery, however I dont find it very necessary to pay for early in the morning postage and packaging when I got my package around 9 in the morning. But the state and time it got to me was very good nonetheless.

fast delivery on date i chose, free gift, independent, GREAT!
GAK are quick and fast. This would be great for an independent retailer anyway -- competing with the likes of Amazon is hard enough as it is -- but you can also choose your date of delivery, and they threw in a free gift on top of it.

I've used GAK three times now and I'm really pleased with the service. After buying the first item I decided to be brave and buy a new bass guitar online, something I wouldn't have considered before. I placed my order at 9pm on the Wednesday evening and it arrived at 7.35 on the Friday morning, great stuff, and it was even in tune! Hence I had no qualms about ordering a new portastudio from them which again arrived well within the advertised time slot. I purchased a set of Sabian Club mix cymbals. I spoke to GAK and they were very helpful in advising me which cymbals were best for my needs with my budget. Outstandingly good service
I ordered a Squier Affinity P bass kit for my granddaughter's birthday. When I saw that the price was £17 lower than the competitors' were quoting, I was suspicious and expected to be hit by heavy carriage charges when I went to 'checkout'.
To my surprise and delight, the price was inclusive of next-day delivery by carrier. The next morning the FedEx driver rang me at 08:00 to say that the guitar would be delivered between 09:00 and 11:00 thereby allowing me to plan the rest of my day. The package arrived at 09:30.

You buy GAK and get your order fast no waiting
I ordered a Brian May guitar and the very next day it arived and in perfect condition.
hows that for a sevice rating 5 stars I would give 20 stars but since it only goes up to 5 then 5 it is.
If other shop wheir as good we would have no need to wait weeks for things, it is so iritating when you have to wait with other shops grate one GAK!
