I had never used GAK before and was wondering if their next day service would live up to expectation or it would get pushed back with an excuse as has happened with a few companies in the past. A company that honours their promises!
I ordered my new Roland product on Wednesday afternoon - arrived Thursday morning as promised (the delivery driver even called me at work and agreed to leave the consignment with a neighbour). GAK was one of the few companies to hold stock (without a 5 day order from Roland direct). Very happy with the deal including all the accessories that I required. Dave Williams at GAK spotted that I had been reviewing this product online (slightly spooky) and contacted me with a great package offer.

Very efficient, professional and helpfull
I was impressed - I ordered on line and due to an internet drop, I ended up ordering the same thing twice - I sent a mail to explain, first thing the following day they sent me a mail telling me they had seen I had ordered twice by mistake and cancelled one order - money was back in my account the next day - just before the delivery of the goods - which arrived within 48 hours.

Just very, very efficient...
I've ordered a number of items from GAK recently and as promised they had all arrived the very next day. What I like, particularly, is that items that are not in stock are listed as "please phone" and this is unlike many online music stores who list everything as "in stock" and if you order something you may have to wait weeks before they can get it to you as they have not got it in stock in the first place.

great feel- if you're a synth type- and such value!
I am very new to the world of midi, and for many years actively avoided those complicated-looking plugs and sockets, sticking with audio all the way.... But I didn't really understand what MIDI was. Lately, I read up on it, and the first thing I thought was- hang on, so I could be playing my microkorg (much loved, a great little synth) with full size keys? Turns out that yes, for a small price, I was noodling smoothly away, with the use of an alesis q25 and a couple of cables.
I can already tell that this is a piece of gear I will find endless uses for, and it's a real sturdy thing, too.
if you like solid-feeling but snappy, spring-back keys, and you want a 25-key controller, I'd recommend you give this one a try.

When my bass amp expired on Tuesday with a big gig on the next weekend who do I turn to. Why GAK of course. Amp dead on Tuesday, new one arrives on Friday pm with 24 hours to set it up to my 'sound. Thank you GAK !

Great guys who know their stuff! Great and fast service too.
GAK is a professional outfit, they are knowledgeable of their products and when an item is ordered it arrives not only extremely well packaged but very fast indeed.
UNLIKE MOST GUITAR DEALERS...They stock a vast amount of left handed guitars!!! Other dealers should take a leaf out of their book and stock more lefty's, even the BIG dealers don't get it right, but GAK does.
If I won load of dosh on the Lotto, I'd be straight down there to buy all the left handed Fenders, Gibsons and Gretsches.

Fantastic Next Day Service
I ordered my Focusrite 2i2 on the Wednesday morning it was delivered the next morning. The guy on the phone knew what he was selling and was very helpful. I would definatly recomend these guys. Very competative pricing and the 2i2 is a fantastic piece of kit

really competitive price and best service
bought a product recently and the delivery was real quick. ofcourse the price is competitive compared to others but the good thing is you get a free gift with GAK. Unfortunately 1 of the software tht i got with it didnt work but thanks to GAK they're sending me another copy of it. what more can u ask for... 5 stars from me. higly recommended.

From visiting the web site I then talked to Jonny who gave me all the information on my questions on drums and sound advice, within ten minutes I purchased a set of of Gretsch renown maple and received them the following day. Wow! What service!
I called up on a monday to check on availability of an item. They had one so I said I'd pay for it but couldn't get in until Saturday. "We can deliver it to you tomorrow - for free!"
Sure enough, it turned up early the next morning. I love this store but have never tried anything other than going in the shop before. Worth coming to Brighton for, and if you can't, phone or buy online. Excellent.

Purchased an effects unit via eBay at the weekend. Order was processed Monday, and goods arrived by Fedex Tuesday morning. Delivery was actually free on this occasion (don't know if that's always the case with GAK or not). Packaging was good, and product arrived in excellent condition. GAK definitely recommended.
