Fast delivery and easy to order
Ordered online on a Friday. Allowed me to pick a date for delivery the following week. I selected Tuesday and the pedal arrived well packaged and on that day. Also received an email showing a tracking number so i could see roughly when it would arrive. Goods arrived on time, working and well packaged. Not more i can say, but on this experience i would certinly order from them again. Thanks

First time shopper who is a happy chappy
I had never used GAK before but wanted an amp that was value for money, I have a big independent music store near me but they could not match GACs price so took the plunge and ordered on line. Studio kit than fits
I got the Focusrite Scarlet studio and Gak did an offer with the mic stand and pop shield like in the video. And it made sense to get that and I am really glad I dd because now I have a nice setup to work with.

Excellent experience... great staff, great products, and did me the best deal around
I was very happy dealing with GAK. They were nice and polite to speak with, which is very important for me when shopping via the telephone. They rang back when they said they would, and they replied to my emails promptly. I had already checked out prices from other sites, so when they offered me their prices, I knew that they could not be bettered and ordered on the spot. The products were delivered exactly as arranged. It is of course worth shopping around and getting prices, but I will always make GAK my last call and am pretty confident that they will offer the best deal. Great job!

thanks for the quick delivery of the fender mandocaster, i have tuned it to concert ukulele, GCEA,low G using 36-30-20-11 sounds good, will try other gauges, very well made instrument,keep me on you books and let me know of new products from fender for the future.

You cannot rely on their next day delivery or their stock availability being accurate
This is quite a long review. Here is the summary of my recent experience:
* Their web site said that they had products in stock, available for next day delivery. This was not true. They were not in stock.
* I received an email on the day of the order at 4:30 PM saying that the order, excluding the item that was out of stock, was being dispatched that day. This was not true, it was not dispatched that day.
* I spoke to a person on the afternoon of the order, who was polite, apologetic and seemingly helpful. Who said that the order would go out the next day with a guaranteed delivery before 9 the day after. This was not true. It was not dispatched until the third day.
Longer version:
Last week we bought over £300 of equipment from GAK. That went fine. Ordered Tuesday 4:30 PM, in stock, next day delivery, arrived Thursday. This week, for a recording session on Wednesday, we needed a few more things: cables and adapters. I could have got them cheaper elsewhere, I could have driven to a nearby town to get them. But I didn't as they had what I needed listed on their website, in stock with next day delivery. So on Monday at 1 PM I placed the order for delivery on the Tuesday. Everything I ordered was listed as being in stock. At 4:30 PM I got an email saying that one of the items wasn't in stock, but that everything else was going to be sent out today. I contacted them by phone to get an in-stock alternative. I was then told on the phone that the order hadn't actually been dispatched. I considered just cancelling at that point, but the person I spoke to arranged to do a guaranteed delivery before 9 on the Wednesday. I let him know that if they didn't arrive before 9 on the Wednesday then there was no point in the order. Being a Monday I expected the dispatch of in-stock items on the Tuesday to be successful. Wednesday came, the musicians came, but no delivery. We managed to do the recording, but there were problems, difficulties and compromises due to the lack of this equipment. At shortly after 4 PM on the Wednesday I got an email telling me that the order had been dispatched. On the Thursday the equipment arrived.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered a Fender Deluxe Stratocaster from GAK after making some initial enquries about price and availability. I had great email communications from them,mainly with one guy called Jimmy. His emails were prompt and my questions were all answered. As I wanted the guitar box fresh I was advised it would arrive at Gak in 7 to 10 days. After 9 days I was notified it had arrived. I was informed that this item was a free next day delivery but as my post code was in the far north of Scotland It may take an extra day. I was able to track it leaving GAK at 5.30 pm on the Tuesday and was delighted when it arrived in mint condition at 1.20pm on the Wednesday. The guitar plays like a dream. Great price, great service. Highly recommended company.

Fantastic Service from start to delivery
I have a partner who wanted to start playing again after many years apart. Within 5 minutes they'd found the exact guitar they used to play, at a very good price, and ordered it for delivery within 48 hours.

Brilliant service, swift and reliable
I had my heart set on a Gibson Les Paul and decided from reviews that the 60s Tribute model with their MinEtune system would best suit me. I was unable to travel to a store to try one so opted for online shopping. GAK had the best price, that and the promise of next working day free delivery sold it to me. The gentleman who took my order was very helpful and efficient.The guitar arrived as promised and I am extremely satisfied.I would not hesitate to recommend GAK.

Great prices and clear efficient delivery!
I purchased an E-Mu 404 PCIE Sound Card from them and have been delighted with the speed and efficiency of GAK.
My card arrived exactly on the day I requested and, considering that it is an old card that has not been made for at least 3 years, the packaging was in damn near mint condition!
Their price was comparable to other retailers stocking this card however, they offer a far superior delivery service in the form of Next Day Delivery from Fed-Ex as standard.
All in all I have been very pleased in my dealings with GAK and will be ordering more products from them in the future to feed my insatiable digital music production hobby!

When do you want it? NOW? Then go to GAK
I'd been trying to decide on a James Tyler Variax for a long time and when I saw the new 69s in my favourite black with the maple fingerboard that was it. Then I discovered it was like ordering a custom built sports car from a waiting list (not that I've ever ordered one by the way).
Everywhere I asked couldn't even give me an acurate time frame for a delivery in weeks. Everywhere that is except GAK. I checked the GAK website - next day! I couldn't believe it, then I didn't believe it, so I called them and said "you don't actually have a new 69s in stock do you?" the plesent man at the end of the phone said "no, we don't have one, we have two". I think you can tell a company means business when they hold the things in stock you want, because lets face it, who likes to wait ages. I ordered early Thursday and Friday lunchtime my prize possession was at my door. Email at every stage of the process, and the dispatch one with a link to full tracking. And as if that wasn't good enough, a really good quality 5m guitar cable as a free gift.
I've bought a lot of gear online, and I have been happy with my service for the most part. But I can honestly say this has been the best by far. I would highly recommend GAK to anyone.

A good example of internet commerce
The whole process of shopping for a guitar was as painless as you would want. Email's were sent at the right time with the right information to keep you onformed throughout.
The guitar (BC Rich Bich) arrived well packaged and even with a clear marker pen written description of where the accessories were stored. At least numpties shouldn't end up throwing the allen keys, trem and spare trem springs away!
As delivered, the set up on the guitar was superb. A nice low action with no signs of fret buzz and with the trem perfectly set up for my tastes. The setup could only have been bettered if it had been perfectly in tune but there's no way that was ever going to happen. It was close though so clearly someone had spent some time checking it before consigning it into the hands of FedEx.
The price of the guitar was also good. If it wasn't for the fact that the red one is more expensive, I might have bought two because I'm greedy!
Would I choose GAK again? Yes, if their prices remain competitive with other dealers I have previously used and continue to use.
