First class service, ordered, there next day, need I say any more.
I am busy building a guitar for my son and he wanted EMG pickups, so he looked on the internet, found GAK were the cheapest by far. I ordered them one day next day they were there. Absolutely fantastic service at a great price.

I'd been trying to decide on a James Tyler Variax for a long time and when I saw the new 69s in my favourite black with the maple fingerboard that was it. Then I discovered it was like ordering a custom built sports car from a waiting list (not that I've ever ordered one by the way).
Everywhere I asked couldn't even give me an acurate time frame for a delivery in weeks. Everywhere that is except GAK. I checked the GAK website - next day! I couldn't believe it, then I didn't believe it, so I called them and said "you don't actually have a new 69s in stock do you?" the plesent man at the end of the phone said "no, we don't have one, we have two". I think you can tell a company means business when they hold the things in stock you want, because lets face it, who likes to wait ages. I ordered early Thursday and Friday lunchtime my prize possession was at my door. Email at every stage of the process, and the dispatch one with a link to full tracking. And as if that wasn't good enough, a really good quality 5m guitar cable as a free gift.
I've bought a lot of gear online, and I have been happy with my service for the most part. But I can honestly say this has been the best by far. I would highly recommend GAK to anyone.

A good example of internet commerce
The whole process of shopping for a guitar was as painless as you would want. Email's were sent at the right time with the right information to keep you onformed throughout.
The guitar (BC Rich Bich) arrived well packaged and even with a clear marker pen written description of where the accessories were stored. At least numpties shouldn't end up throwing the allen keys, trem and spare trem springs away!
As delivered, the set up on the guitar was superb. A nice low action with no signs of fret buzz and with the trem perfectly set up for my tastes. The setup could only have been bettered if it had been perfectly in tune but there's no way that was ever going to happen. It was close though so clearly someone had spent some time checking it before consigning it into the hands of FedEx.
The price of the guitar was also good. If it wasn't for the fact that the red one is more expensive, I might have bought two because I'm greedy!
Would I choose GAK again? Yes, if their prices remain competitive with other dealers I have previously used and continue to use.

Excellent service , received goods the next day ! Terrific.
Ordered item online , best price in comparison to other suppliers. easy web-site to use , ordering was simplicity itself , payment instant , email received to say order had been received. Another email to advise goods being despatched, and they arrived next morning. Can't beat that for service. I'd definitely use GAK again .

Will not buy from again
The site rarely updates their prices and stock... After paying extra for special delivery i am STILL waiting over a week to receive my items...
GAKs old fashioned website layout and payment system needs an update badly
The only thing that attracted me to their site was the prices
But sadly I realise now that I would have gladly paid a little extra to another site and have had a better buying experience.
They only notified me that an item was out of stock almost a week after I ordered (even though it said it was in stock on their site) AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT EVEN LONGER...Peoples time and money is valuable...I feel that GAK don't fully take that into account and take their costumers for granted.
I bought from them before...the item was out of stock and they didn't refund my money for almost 6 months (I am a student and every penny counts)
I will definitely not buy from them again

Great Product, Great Price, Great Service - Simples
I begun searching for a little guitar amp that would bring out the best in my guitar, and ooze style. After a couple of minutes browsing on google, I quickly came across GAK. Using the menu at the top I was quickly able to make my selection and found myself sifting through an impressive list of practice amps. Already having an inkling toward Orange because they are just about the coolest looking amps I've seen, I quickly found the one I wanted. GAK did entice me into buying the one with the upgraded features with the old, 'if you spend another £38 you get the one with the built in effects'. But my lord am I glad I did. Having ordered it, it arrive the next day in mint condition. The amp itself is a revelation. All the quality sound you get from much bigger and more expensive products, and the built in effects, particularly the 'chapel reverb' are awesome! With the range of tone available from my Jazzmaster this amp is a perfect combo.

fast, efficient,friendly service, fulfilled all their promises
Having been let down by a major 'on line dealer' who said my amp. was ready for collection, only to be told later that I would have to wait 2 months!!! yeah, two whole months!!......I went straight to GAK, who not only said I could have my Fender Blues Jr.111 in less than 2 days, but also gave me discount......it arrived today in perfect shape and as you would expect, sounds great using a '52 Tele as well as a Green Bullit harp. mic..........so, make sure it's in stock, then buy with confidence from GAK.

Ordered it Monday, was playing it Tuesday
I ordered my Ozark Banjo on Monday morning, with delivery before noon following day, and it was delivered by 9.15 on Tuesday morning. Customer service was 1st class and very friendly. I will definitely use GAK again if we order any other instruments. By Tuesday evening I was annoying my neighbours in style LOL.

Brilliant prices, and really quick dispatch and delivery
GAK prices are always in there with the best, and as always there's a massive range of products available. I purchased a TC Electronic Nova Drive, this time, and it was dispatched and delivered within 3 days, with a great reduced price, of over £100 off RRP. GAK delivers fast!
I ordered my purchase over the phone after enquiring about availability of stock & even got a discount. Very helpful staff. My order was placed around Noon & was delivered the next afternoon. It would have been sooner if I lived nearer the delivery depot (Fedexin this case). Order arrived in good condition & well wrapped. Have ordered from GAK before & would do so again. I highly recommend them

Simply fantastic.
I would strongly recommend GAK to anyone looking to buy music goods online. The service was very efficient. I received my new guitar the next working day. I can't beleive how good this Fender Modern Player Marauder is.
This guitar arrived from GAK in perfect condition its nice and light plays as good as any Fender guitar that I have, great sounds to be made from the two wonderful pickups and five way switch. I think you should buy one before the price rises or USA stops China from producing this great guitar! it is made as well as any other Fender guitar in my opinion and I will admit that I am a perfectionist.

Absolutely first class.
Called GAK to make sure they had the items in stock and was told they had two,so I bought two Bugera 1960 infinium Amp heads, that was on Saturday afternoon I'm sitting with both in front of me on Tuesday morning so how could I be anything other than delighted. I have bought from GAK a few times now and would not hesitate to recommend them.

If they've got what you're after then they're almost certainly the cheapest you'll find. They are also very fair on postage, and despatch very quickly. They are generally my first choice if possible.

i was looking for a splash cymbal but needed a boom arm as well
so this was the ideal combination sold seperately these would have cost me
another £20 the boom seems to have a lot of adjustment which is what i need

A pleasure to do business with
