good product speedy delivery made to measure at diy shop prices
I liked the website easy to use and understand. The colour choice was better than the diy stores we looked at. We would have had to modify any blinds we bought in them and over the three blinds we needed we would have saved about £10 - for a colour we were not happy with.
We received the blinds within the advertised time and they were exact to our measurements. They fitted easily with the supplied brackets. I don't understand why we did not buy venetian blinds before.
So bespoke blinds at bargain price and no cutting and making do.

Excellent product, excellent service
Ordering my roller blind on-line was surprisingly easy. Received it 5-6 days later as promised, it was delivered well-packed in a strong cardboard tube. Very pleased with the quality & colours of the material. Perfect fit!. Only thing i was a bit concerned about was not receiving any e-mail's as regards to the progress of my order or expected delivery date after the order was placed, but, excellent company, product and service. I would definitely use again.

Only criticism was that there was no notification that the item had been despatched, although I didn't register for an account until after placing the order which would have allowed me to track it.

Spot on with colour, size and delivery.
We ordered bedroom roller blinds following a sample check for colour. We were apprehensive about measurements but the blinds fitted perfectly within the window recess. The allowance made for fitting within the width given was spot on. All despatch and receipt of samples and blinds was quick and efficient. We need more blinds and would definitely go back to this company.

Great service
Dealing with Gallery Blinds was an easy process. The blind I bought is of very good quality and great value. Delivery times were spot on and very quick.
Fitting the blind was easy, however the valance clips took some working out at first (I didn't find instructions for this), once I realised how they fitted the job was completed in no time.

quick service for quality blinds
Easy to order with measureing te size of blind you require or the gap you want the blind to fit in. I sent off measurements of the gap I wanted the blind to fit in. Blind arrived within time stated , looked good and fitted really well. Was very easy to put up. would certainly use Gallery blinds again.

Thank you for supplying 2 excellent skylight blinds. I am delighted with the result and thank you to the gentleman who guided me easily through the setting up and installation . One small point of criticism though. There are no instructions specific to skylight blinds installation. An explanatory sheet with simple instructions would be helpful. Great product though. Beware the measuring guide; look elsewhere on the website!
A bad and costly experience with Gallery Blinds not taking any reponsibility for their misleading information in the Measuring Guide on their Web site!
I received the blinds and found that having followed the Measuring Guide exactly the blinds were the wrong size. The width of the blind material was narrower than the measurements I gave! The title of the instructions is to Fit Exact, and it instructs me to,not adjust your measurements to allow for fittings, and to measure the width of your blind by measuring from left to right of where you'd like your blind to be. The purpose of a blind is to cover a window, so the first task of any measuring activity is to determine the size of fabric required for that purpose. To me when I am asked to measure the width and length of where I would like my blind to be I am being asked to measure the fabric width and depth.
I was told by Customer Service there is a statement elsewhere on the website that states that I should allow for the fittings, and there is an option to declare measurements as fabric width, but neither of these facts are included in the Measuring Guide. In fact I believe they are contradicted. I would expect a Measuring Guide to include all essential information in the one place, and as they do not I consider them, not fit for purpose.
I was told that Gallery Blinds cannot be responsible for incorrect measurements, but I do not see this as a tenable position if their instructions are not correct. I gave them the correct measurements as per their measuring guide. Their was no indication in the Measuruing Guide that the blind material would be narrower than my measurements.I was also told that Gallery Blinds have a help line if there is doubt about the instructions, but I did not see any doubt in their instructions in the Measuring Guide on their Web site. The instructions in the Measuring Guide seemed quite clear that I should measure the size of the blind I needed to cover my window and not adjust my measurements for fittings.
I therefore believe I should have a claim for a refund or the blinds replaced free of charge. However no refund or replacement blinds are forthcoming. Not even an offer to re-make the blinds at cost.
I also advised Gallery Blinds that the Measuring Guide be revised to make sure that all references to measuring are in one place on the Web site.

Great product, fast service and fantastic telephone support.
The blind is excellent, delivered very quickly even with regular shipping - just what we wanted. Samples had also arrived promptly and a later call to ascertain delivery date was handled politely and accurately. Just a glance at the packaging confirmed our money had not been wasted.
Two comments for possible improvement:
* The control cord could have been a bit longer, it looks easy to shorten if necessary.
* The special screw that clamps the cord safety guide together needs to be very short and was difficult to source. Perhaps one could be included with the kit?
Gallery Blinds will be top of the list when we look for our next blind as we are so pleased with them.

Helpful staff and very quick delivery.
The staff were very helpful when I had a problem with measuring in cm. I ordered 3 roller blinds and within 2 days they were delivered. Easy to put up but could not understand why no screws were included. But saying that I am very pleased with the blinds. I have bought from this company before and would not hesitate to recommend anyone to use them.

Exactly as ordered.
Our blinds were made to measure for a new bathroom which was in the process of being done. They arrived very promptly and in time for the builders to fit them for us. They look lovely and we are extremely pleased with the quality. We highly recommend anybody to buy from this company.

Panel Blind, spot on
Just moved flat and made my second order from GalleryBlinds.co.uk. Was a Panel blind with 2 seperate fabrics. Quality was excellent and the blind was so easy to hang. Love the step by step online guides. Was hoping I could upload pictures but I cant :D

I am investigating waterproof blinds for my bathroom. I was very happy to be able to order samples in the correct colour to see whether they were suitable, rather than being disappointed if they were not to my liking. I will definitely consider the company when it comes to ordering the final product as I have been very happy with the service so far!

Disappointing as blind was 4cms short of agreed measurement.
The young lady who gave advice and took my order was extremely nice and helpful. I don't think this is in any way her fault. It is not the experience but the product that is disappointing. Having gone to great lengths to specify the measurements for the blind I was very disappointed to find that it was 4 cms too short in length. I spent ages investigating whether it would be possible to increase the drop without success. I found that the cord within the plastic 'stop' piece had been cut off and knotted to a precise length (which was wrong) and there was no scope for lengthening it. The original knot won't allow the blind to drop further. As the total cost of this one blind including delivery was £100.19 (for a specified width of 95cms x 1220cms) it is very disappointing. Also the loop of cord hanging down at the side of the blind looks odd. This aspect of it is not well designed.

great value,stylish and easy to fit
ordered on line as i wanted a blind for my new bathroom fairly quickly. was abit nervous about this as had to measure for it myself and didnt get a colour sample. i wanted magnolia so wasnt too worried.A leading company had quoted a blind for me at over double the price and i would have had to wait over 2 weeks for it.
took the plunge and waited 5 days. it arrived well packaged and on time. my husband fitted it fairly easily and we are really pleased with it. it is good quality a lovely colour and has been admired by all who have viewed our bathroom!
i would have no hesitation using Gallery Blinds again or recommending it to my family and friends.

Fantastic, just what I wanted.
Always unsure ordering first time from a company but there was absolutly no need to have worried. The service was fantastic from ordering the samples, to talking on the phone with the adviser and finally ordering online. The blinds arrived earlier than predicted and were very easy to fit with good metal brackets. They finished off the redecorated kitchen perfectly. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Simply the best!
Excellent quality and they fit perfectly! Communications with this company have been a pleasure with helpful and responsive Customer Service.
The blinds come well packaged and arrive very quickly after ordering. Fitting instructions are not provided in the packaging but the online guide explains all and once you get one up the rest are a doddle. When ordering follow the online fitting guide and Gallery blinds do the rest allowing for tolerances to enable the blinds to fit perfectly. Make sure you get your measurements right as Gallery Blinds will follow your measurements to the letter.
The fittings themselves are quality metal and not he usual cheap and nasties that come with other inferior makes of blind.

Too expensive I'm afraid - when compared to your competitors - so no purchase!
About £10/12 more than others for identical quality. Good website - and would love to have bought - but differential just too much - even allowing for quality and reputation.

Beautiful blind
Delighted with my roller blind, I used its colours as a theme for decorating my study. The cassette is a real success, it covers the mechanism completely. In the daytime you see the covered cassette and the lower section of the blind which was shaped and braided, gentle light filters through. At night the whole design is on display, it's most attractive. I should say the fabric is quite fine and light is visible through the mesh. You would probably need a blackout material for a bedroom. The quality of the service received and of the blind itself, is very good. I can't fault any aspect of this purchase from ordering to fitting. One happy customer!

Lovely blinds and great service
We ordered wood weave blinds. The website instructions for measuring and ordering the blinds were easy to follow and the free samples arrived promptly making it easy and convenient to make a choice at home. The made up blinds arrived within 5 days and were easy to put up; they fit perfectly and look great. Excellent Quality & Service
I purchased 2 tensioned pleated blinds. After receiving free samples of the material I had chosen I ordered th eblinds. They arrived within the week. Exactly what I wanted. Good quality & easy to fit. My only negative is that the fittings came without screws so I could not fit them straight away, I had to go and purchase some. Other than that, extremely pleased, very good qaulity and reasonably priced.

FANTASTIC!!!!
I found Gallery Blinds' website extremely user friendly. The range of colours, fabrics and finishes was extensive and detailed. You could clearly see how your fifnished product would look. I needed two large door blinds for my kitchen, and the proce quoted for made-to-measure blinds was unbelievably reasonable, and they didn't rip me off with postage costs, either. The blinds arrived two days later, extremely well packed, and were very simple to put up. They look amazing, work smoothly, and roll up into the cartridge holder so that they don't become faded/stained with prolonged use.
I made a mistake with my order, and phoned the customer service line. They answered promptly, were polite and helpful, and my mistake was rectified immediately. Once my blinds arrived, Paypal made an error when debiting my account. I rang Gallery blinds again to check all was well with their payment; they took the details, investigated and phoned me back the same day with an answer.
I really cannot fault this company on any level - the website, reasonable price, cost and promptness of delivery, perfect condition of goods on arrival, quality of goods and customer service before and after purchase were excellent, and I will definitely use them again.

My new panel blinds are perfect
Speedy efficient service and blinds look great.
Instructions could have been clearer as to how best to fix with brackets supplied. Brackets do not take account for UPVC windows so you need to be creative as to where to fix them.
Overall, blinds look great.
