The customer service has forced me never to order from GAME ever again. This is one instance of many, recently. I tried to cancel an order IMMEDIATELY after it had been placed. There was no way to amend the order through the site other than changing delivery address, so I contacted them directly to cancel. They asked for specific confirmation the following day, but proceeded to send me the package anyway. I confirmed with them BEFORE they sent the order to which they replied it was too late! Apparently this has happened to others and is sneaky conduct. Also, they will NOT pay for postage back to them, even if the order is their mistake. Totally unreasonable, delayed, and patronising service.
Currently waiting on a refund for the item that got sent back to them. It's been 4 weeks, and no refund. Extremely unhappy.
P.S. A few months ago I used livechat and had a very helpful employee, so something must be said for some of the individuals who work there and go out of their way to help you. But that one experience is not enough for me to return.
