You get your stuff, but customer experience is god-awful
I used GameGears twice, once it was a simple order, i got it and had no troubles, second time around it was a pre-order, i got my stuff on the day, however it was missing the pre-order exclusive t-shirt. I called them twice about it, they were very unprofessional about it, giving me some stupid excuse. I took to twitter to complain about it, they were having none of it, they were ignoring me for days, until finally they blocked me... I were having none of it myself, i emailed them and they unblocked me, not for long, i mentioned it once and they blocked me again.
I will never use them again, they are a bunch of kids let lose inside an office.

I ordered a Christmas present on the 2nd of December. Order status was still "payment received, waiting to be dispatched" on the 13th of December. I emailed them to ask when I could expect the order. Despite the website stating that a member of the customer service team would be in contact within 24 hours, I had to ring them on the 14th. It turns out that the item is not in stock and they can not get it.
The website should not accept orders for items they don't have. Also, when were they going to bother to let me know that my son would not be receiving his Christmas present? Will never use again.

Not bad at all
Although delivery took longer than expected (8 days), I did receive the game in time for my daughters birthday. I emailed their care team to ask about delivery and got a helpful response within minutes. Would def order from them again and recommend to friends.

Very slow delivery
Wouldn't order from again, took over a week to get a game to me, poor customer service, not interested that parcel hadn't arrived and told me I'd have to wait another two weeks before they would replace it

Your initial parcel was lost by Royal Mail. Their terms and our terms both state that when a parcel is sent within the UK, both parties must wait 15 working days (including Saturdays) to allow for Royal Mail to deliver.
Should the item not arrive within that time-frame, we are more than happy to replace or refund it in full. These terms can be found on Royal Mail's website as well as on www.gamegears.co.uk
We are sorry that you found this to be a negative experience, and we hope you do understand that we have to abide by postal rules and regulations. 99.4% of our items arrive next day in the UK (please refer to other reviews), however some items can get lost or delayed.
May we also state that you are on the Isle of Man which naturally means all deliveries will take a little longer to arrive, being off the UK mainland

Limit their customer's purchases
They had £20 PSN cards for £16. I paid for four but they restricted the order and only delivered just one, claiming that it's only one per customer. This wasn't mentioned in the item description. The day I was told it was only one per customer is the day the cards went up to £18.

We do reserve the right to cancel any orders that are deemed for commercial re-sale rather than personal use. We do have a maximum purchase policy, which applies to most items including PSN cards.
In this case customer services found it appropriate to cancel some of the order, so that others can also benefit from this promotion.

Slow Delivery
It was great that they sold the game killzone at a price of £32.99, it was generally cheaper than other places and online store, however the delivery took 6 days and their prediction stated 2-3 days. I was dissapointed at how long it took for the delivery even though it was free, but I would much rather pay extra money for a better delivery service. Also there has been issues when phoning up gamegears possibly because they were busy but i struggled to get hold of them for about 2 hours. It is unlikely I will use this website again.

A great shopping experience
I chose to buy from gamegears for its low prices, but its prices did not reflect its service, which was excellent. Gamegears contacted me to let me know that my payment had been processed, and again when my item had been despatched. The item was despatched quickly and arrived just a couple of days later. Overall I am very happy with the service.

Quick, excellent service
I was very impressed with Game Gears. I hadn't ordered from them before and was a little worried about ordering from a company which was unknown to me, but they were great. I got an email every step of the way and the game arrived really quickly. Best price i could find as well. Overall, i was really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Very Quick and Efficent
I was a little wary of ordering from a games website that I had never heard of but I gave it a go. I was very impressed by their speed and efficency.
