Wouldn't order from again, took over a week to get a game to me, poor customer service, not interested that parcel hadn't arrived and told me I'd have to wait another two weeks before they would replace it
Your initial parcel was lost by Royal Mail. Their terms and our terms both state that when a parcel is sent within the UK, both parties must wait 15 working days (including Saturdays) to allow for Royal Mail to deliver.
Should the item not arrive within that time-frame, we are more than happy to replace or refund it in full. These terms can be found on Royal Mail's website as well as on www.gamegears.co.uk

May we also state that you are on the Isle of Man which naturally means all deliveries will take a little longer to arrive, being off the UK mainland
