I ordered a Christmas present on the 2nd of December. Order status was still "payment received, waiting to be dispatched" on the 13th of December. I emailed them to ask when I could expect the order. Despite the website stating that a member of the customer service team would be in contact within 24 hours, I had to ring them on the 14th. It turns out that the item is not in stock and they can not get it. The website should not accept orders for items they don't have. Also, when were they going to bother to let me know that my son would not be receiving his Christmas present? Will never use again.
