like many others customers i've been banned for no reason , never had a single prob with cheats since the 90's , not even a warning on the thousands of games i've played this past 20 years , but for some reasons they banned me for cheating while in facts my skill in game is just below average , and perma blocked my 500€+ account , tried to contact them , but they just spit at your face and dont even discuss about it , all you will get is an automated answer to tell you what you already know : your account is banned and they wont discuss about it anymore.
The most hilarious thing is that they banned my most valued account that i wasnt even playing anymore at this moment but didnt ban the 2 alt account i was using ( but who didnt had any money invested in it ofc )
They dont even show you their supposed proofs against you or something, if they decide that you cheat -> you're fucked , even if you were not cheating at all , not to mention that i just realized today that they blocked my fallen earth account with hundreds of € invested in it too just because of this APB ban while its not the same game and while i was not even playing Fallen earth anymore.
So just think about it twice before you spend any bucks for yourself or your childrens in Gamersfirst or prey that you dont get any false positive cheat detection or false hackusation , otherwise you can say bye to your money with absolutely no way to get it back , even if you're an honnest valuable customer .
Well, I've been unfortunate to deal with Gamersfirst before.
Not entierly sure where to actually start summarizing up all the bad stuff.
I've played Warrock, Fallen Earth and APB. Well not really APB because I can't for the life of me figure out how to even make a character and even if I simply randomize you I'm not allowed to choose a server.
Their support site regarding the actual site has literally one article.
WarRock is actually a pretty fun game, when you're not lagging, encountering hackers, glitches or people who abuse them. So good luck trying to find game that actually works! Lagg has been an issue with this game since it's peer to peer, however after years of players experiencing such issues, I have seen at least no succesful attempts to prevent further lagging. They simply say :" It's your own fault".
Players are continously being banned unfairly. I have plenty of times simply fallen through the ground for reasons unknown to me. So have other players and they have been banned because of it. Even when they say they have no idea what happend and simply leaves the game.
Also after having issues playing the game at all, the costumer support was more or less entierly useless. "Try reinstalling" "try playing on a different server" "restart your computer". "Dunno". "We will review your support ticket". Something like that anyway.
The forum moderators all have different ideas on what the rules are aswell. After getting a thumbs up from a mod I was permantly banned from that forum by another mod which makes little to no sense to me at all. I was actually banned a second time for proving one of the mods wrong.
Regarding Fallen Earth, it's a waste of time. Sure it sounds fun, has a cool idea when it comes to crafting, however all of this means little when you're thrown into a world so glitchy, where they explain half of what you need to know and what I'm pretty sure is the worst AI I have ever seen. Voice acting is hillariously bad aswell.
Sounds kinda annoying? Well, they have special offers for you! Come buy! Buy buy buy! Your game will ble cluttered with messages such as this.
Overall, this is a company that has it's focus on "Moneyfirst" and not gamersfirst.
True, there are community events with mods, however if you don't follow their direct orders you will be kicked and might even be muted. It kinda reminds me of an autocracy.
Their games might sound like fun, and even tempting to try out, but after experiencing several more issues than these I've stated aswell I'd highly recommend you to NOT sign up for a profile.
One last thing, my previous account simply dissapeared. So there's that too I suppose. I have no idea why but it seems to have dissapeared.
As many others I got banned for no reason at all almost 7 months ago and I have tried to get my account back since without any form of succes.
I have spent several hundred dollars on this game and wasted a few hundred hours, and all they do is spit in my face.
They have poor customer service and 90% of their updates is just sales so they can maximize their profit.
They should change their name because they clearly don't put gamers in first hand.
Virtually nonexistent, extremely dishonest, unprofessional staff that uses their own admin tools to cheat, censors anything that might hurt their feelings. Very incompetent and lazy admin that does nothing, develop nothing, never listens to community, emits false bans and threaten players freely.
Same story as alot of people, You play, spend hours and money to make your account look nice, and you get blocked for no reason.
Then they just ignore you for the rest of your life. tried to get my account back for over 11 months now, and they still won't do anything about it, they won't even read your message.
When they see your account name, they close the ticket.
I played one of their games, and got my account hacked, which in the end got my account blocked by gamersfirst.com.
I then wrote their support to some answers why, and how I could secure my account, so I wouldn't get hacked in the future.
But support simply refused to answer my support submissions, and used a simple macro answer to answer my submissions. 3 times I wrote them to get some answer, and 3 times I got the same childish answer, that someone had gained access to my account, and my account wouldn't be unblocked again.
So an account I have spent hours on, and spend money on, was lost without any form of answers or any chances of securing my account for further breaches.
I do NOT recommend this company or any of their games, they cheat you for money, and then block your account, and ignores any support submission from you.
I feel very bad treated, and do not want anyone else to be treated the same way by this company.
So it doesn't even deserve 1 star.
