Ordered a game at the start of December. Money taken out of my account the next day.The game failed to be delivered. They gave various excuses by email from people off ill and the weather when contacted. Never answered phone. Contacted credit card company who put my payment on hold. Contacted 49 days after my order by gamesbasement to say that they didn't understand whyI had told my credit card company. Poor customer service when it mattered. Now can't stop them emailling me now I have managed to get my money back through the credit card company. Not once did they say the game is not in stock. If you can't deliver then don't promise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
