Ordered an item 11th November, was out of stock for a few weeks. Was shipped on 12th December and failed to arrive by Christmas. They do not track their posts so there is no way to find out where it is.
Emailed a few times, no answer. Tried to ring continuously (working days) no answer on phones. They also don't have an answer phone, the phone just goes dead after a minute of trying.
So, to recap: they fail to respond to emails and telephone calls and they send everything the cheapest way.
