Awesome website very easy to use

I have been looking online for a copy of need for speed most wanted (2005 edition) and i stumbled upon the humble Gameseek i was very pleased with the user friendliness of the website and found what i was looking for almost instantly. Ordering is as easy anything very simple and easy to do, my game was delivered promptly and i had it in my hands within 3 days of ordering it which made me very happy :)

I also was impressed with the emails which i revived which showed gratitude towards the customer for ordering my game. A little bit of kindness goes along way and i will be sure to ordering another title from Gameseek very soon :)

Best PS3 trigger addons bar none.

Orb PS3 Controller Triggers (PS3): We've had allsorts of different triggers for our PS3 pads for ages. While the rest seem to come loose or end up with stress fractures at the clip point, these Orb ones have been the best in comfortable design with the added reassurance of staying on there during hefty and proglonged use of the L2 & R2 triggers.

Looking for addon triggers for to accomodate the SixAxis/Dualshock dodgy design, then look no further, these are perfect.

Ordered a PS3 SuperSlim on Xmas Day of all days..cheapest site by far for what we wanted.We knew there would be postal delays because of the time of year and the bank holidays but the PS3 arrived within the dates given by Gameseek. It was well packaged too, which was a relief.Would happily buy from them again..and again

Review of PS/2 purchase from Gameseek

Ordered a Playstation PS/2 console for my son since his existing one stopped reading games (despite cleaning disks and drive) and he can't play PS/2 games on a PS/3 console (very shortsighted of Sony).
Gameseek seemed to be the only place to be able to still buy a new PS/2 console. Excellent service - good price, easy ordering and nice friendly personalised reply after ordering. The console arrived in 3 working days and was, as advertised, a brand new console.
I have no hesitation about recommending this company - well done Gameseek.

I live in India and i came to know that call of duty modern warfare 2 was out of stock in my country.Then after searching on google, i came across Gameseek.At first i thought that it would be a headache to order from another country.But after reading some reviews, i placed my order.I was delighted and also shocked on seeing their quick response and the awesome customer service.They said that i would receive my game within 14 days.But to my surprise i got the delivery in a week itself.Packing and handling was excellent and the game is too good.I would recommend Gameseek to every gamer out there in any part of the world.I would surely order form them again...

I was hesitant to order from Gameseek after having an order that took over 3 months to receive the correct product. I ordered the game and it came in a normal amount of time. I was happy that I did give them a second chance.

ORDERED GAME FOR MY SONS CHRISTMAS PRESENT, PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY WITH THE PROMISE THAT THE GAME WOULD ARRIVE BY 22ND DEC! NOW 27TH DEC AND NO SIGN OF THE GAME! DESPITE SENDING SEVERAL EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, ALL I HAVE RECEIVED IS COMPUTER GENERATED RESPONSES WHICH ARE INFURIATING. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED!! TAKE YOUR MONEY KNOWING THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE GAME IN STOCK! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Empty promises and lack of information = no xmas present

I ordered "Redshift 5.1" astronomy software on 13/12/12.

Gameseek did not display an "out of stock" message like other retailers I'd checked. On the basis of this and promise of delivery before 19/12/12 I ordered.

19/12/12 came and went so I contacted customer services and was told that this item was out of stock and would not be delivered before xmas. I am very upset as this was for my nephew.
I have cancelled my order and braved the high street today 22/12/12. I don't like busy places due to my disability hence why I organise Xmas online.
Well Gameseek you can keep your product and be rest assured I will never use Ganeseek again. You took my money and intended sitting on it earning interest till you restocked. seems a common experience.

Best avoid this online business.

Dreadfully slow at despatching an in-stock item, daughter now not getting present for Xmas

I placed an order on your website on 10th December 2012 for the following item: F1 McLaren 460 pcs MP4-25 2010 Car (Construction) which your website stated was in stock and would be delivered in 1-3 working days. I deliberately purchased from your website because of this delivery time, to ensure that the present would arrive in time for Christmas and before the inevitable Royal Mail delays due to Christmas post started. I then heard nothing from yourselves until yesterday (19th December 2012) - a whole nine days later - saying that the item had now been despatched and would be 1-3 working days. Now we are well into the Christmas post delay period it could take longer and will very likely arrive AFTER we have left to travel to parents' houses (over 200 miles away) for Christmas. As this was a present for my 8 year old daughter, I am most disappointed with this, my first experience of Gameseek.

To add insult to injury, the email that was sent on 19/12/2012 informing of despatch stated:

"The moment your order came through we've been busy picking and packing, sticking and wrapping to get it sent off you as fast as we could so that when it arrives at your door it'll bring a smile :)"

Well clearly it wasn't dealt with "the moment the order came though" as it took nine days just to get it out of the door. There will be no smile when it arrives at my door. It will likely end up at our local depot now that we are away and may even get returned to sender due to our inability to collect in a timely fashion - I hope not.

I am thoroughly disappointed with your service and before you state how busy it is at Christmas, please note that the order was placed on the 10th December, which gives plenty of time. There is no reason why it should take nine days to pick and despatch an in-stock item and if you have such staff shortages and backlogs that it does, then that is a logistical failure on your part and not an acceptable reason for such delays. There is no excuse. On the same day, I ordered items from seven other online retailers for various toys and gifts and all arrived several days ago. I look forward to your response but fully expect to not use your service again and to actively warn others away too.

Slow delivery at high cost: poor customer service.

Ordered a charger for USB DEVICES 11/12/12 £60:00+. Apparently in-stock and "posted" at a cost of £6:99 the following day. 8 days after order, no sign of the goods and no tracking information provided 8 days after the order. Website now showing goods out of stock and no support from Gameseek, other than to say that the goods have been posted. Subsequent friendly email exchange with Gameseek, in which they confirmed that the device had been posted "unregistered, unsigned for" (odd for a piece of kit costing £65:00). They asked my son's age and size and offered to send a gift selected from their stock to arrive before Christmas. I told them that he was 36, 6'1" and played games on a PC and/or Mac, a games console (but I was blowed if I knew whether it was an Xbox, PS3 or Wii) and that he hated "shootemups" but I did not not know what he had or did not have. I was left to believe that a "rescue" present would be sent by signed-for post in time for Christmas but nothing arrived. Fortunately, the charger dropped through the letterbox on Christmas Eve.

So...

Mixed review. The gadget ordered was about the right price and was the only one in stock anywhere on the Internet when I looked. It was posted reasonably promptly (if I believe the seller) but at high cost (£6:99 for "standard" postage) at Christmas. It was light and, according to the Royal Mail website, would have cost only another 56p to post "next day, signed-for" . However, no expedited option was available on the seller's website.

The email support was very friendly BUT they undertook to send a replacement gift of equivalent value to arrive before Christmas so my son had something to unwrap. Nothing arrived.

So, I got what I wanted, just about in time. The carriage options are limited (and in this case expensive) and do not include expedited delivery. On-line support is glib but ultimately useless.

After ordering, i was given a nice email to say that my universal cases had shipped and were on their way. It made them actually sounds lke they cared! Haha!

The stuff arrived fast and just as expected. I'll be putting their name forward in order for friends to order from here too :)

poor retailer, would not use again.

Preordered black ops 2 over a month ago, took my money straight away. Game not delieved on day of release (can only hope it is tomorrow), never had this happen on a preorder from [link] or [link], would never use gameseek again....

Good customer service

I ordered a Universal Game Case from Gameseek via ebay for my SNES, 32x and N64 games. When it arrived the case was cracked, I contacted customer service and they immediatly offered either a refund or replacement. In this case I wanted a replacement as the case was perfect. Good price and good postage, will be ordering more in the near future

Terrible AVOID!

I tried to order a Red Chrome Xbox Controller due to all websites being out of stock, so this popped up on google shopping (Usually a good reliable source) Ordered, the item went from in stock to OUT OF STOCK. Once I questioned about my order, I've received no order and my money has been taken out of my account! And struggling to try and find how to refund my payment! I'm going to have to contract trading standards.

They fullfilled their promises since i did not bought games i got them for free with voucher what i received from GameSeek. Although my country is not in their mailing list they created account especially for me so i can get my order delivered. What more i can say, its just simple fantastic service.

Rubbish Company

Ordered two items allegedly in stock but also known to be in stock at the distributor in the UK. Over a week later my order status is 'order placed' which I sought of figured out as I placed it. Company won't answer their phone, won't answer voice messages or e-mails direct or via Paypal. I know delays can occur but the least I expect is to be kept informed which is impossible with Gameseek. Stay well away.

A week later the item came into stock. Foolishly I reordered two but only one was delivered. Can't get a response so back to paypal again.

This company are a joke.

They are only local to me so I may pay them a visit next time I am in their neck of the woods. Can't wait to see what I find. Will let you all know.

Slow and full of lies

I will make this quick. Something which was 'in stock' has taken 7 days and it still hasn't arrived. They don't reply to emails. Genuinely unreliable. They speak as though they are the bees knees. Avoid like the plague. You have been warned!

Fast, Reliable & Friendly

This is the first time using GameSeek and i have to say they are great, i ordered F1 2012 (PC) on a Friday and received it next day. I even got a friendly E-mail saying to put my feet up and let Royal mail do all the work, come on you have to love that :D.

I will be happy to recommend GameSeek to My friends, Family and... well i might as well say everyone. O, and i forgot to say.. Their prices are great as well just to tempt you a little more.
