I recently bought a couple of games I had been looking for, for a while. Gameseek offered the best range of products, the best price, and the best delivery.
I couldn't fault them in anyway and have continued to get all my gaming gear from them. The friendliest bunch of guys online.
I pre-ordered 'VFR Scotland scenery for Flight Simulator X'. I had been waiting eagerly for its release since 2009. The release date (which was solid according to Playhorizons, the developers) came and Gameseek sent me an email stating that the manufacturer had put the date back one month. "This sometimes happens, sorry for the inconvenience" said Gameseek. I contacted Playhorizons and their admin guy (Phil Smith) informed me this was not the case and the product had been released on the release date. Phil Smith contacted Gameseek and then advised me that the matter had been rectified (this info is available on Playhorizons Forum). I then contacted Gameseek by email, no reply. I phoned and to my surprise, the phone was answered. They seemed very helpful, informing that (RE their contact with Phil Smith) they were to receive copies that very day). I said thanx but days later I find myself still waiting by the letter box and their site still claims an Aug 31st release. Others are enjoying this release while I sit here with nothing. Any company can offer the lowest prices if they don't have the stock in the first place. I thought pre-orders meant a company needed to have the stock to supply customers on the day of release.
I bought a wireless guitar for use in the Rock Band 3 game, and after a few months, the whammy bar stopped working.
I sent Gameseek a quick email to see if the product was still under warranty, and their responses were very quick and helpful. Within 5 days, I had had Parcelforce collect my faulty guitar and had a new one delivered.
Great service with a quick turnaround.

I have order some stuff from Gameseek, although one item was a issue with, the game publisher has problem to release the game, so i sent a email to Gameseek and i asked if it was possible change to another item, i got respons back from them and they told me thats was ok without any problem at all. Also i did not need to pay more for the shipping, thumbs up for that.
I've recently ordered from this site again, and as before the service has been excellent. Finding what I was looking for, placing the order and payment were all very easy and straight forward. Plus I have been kept in the loop each step of the way which is important to me. I look forward to receiving my goods (I only ordered them yesterday). Very pleased indeed.
Looks like gameseek.co.uk is just another scam site, after waiting for a delivery (or at least of information about the item being dispatched) for more than a week, I have tried to contact them using web form on their website, then by calling them directly...no luck phone is always busy, form doesn't look working ant all :( so guys..just be careful you can lose money as well
I ordered a game for a Christmas present 10th December 2011. Needless to say it didn't come through in time, and upon checking the website it was out of stock. No communication, nothing. I emailed asking for a refund. No response.
1st March 2012, I finally receive the game!! That's almost THREE months with no communication whatsoever!! What a joke.
i bot 6 games for smart byke , after payment received email item is not in stock and manufact. is not going to suplay any more i can BUY something else?
i send emails i dont want something else i want my money beck ,but guess what. no replays at all. no metter how meny time you send them email , they just ignoring.i was in touch with my bank and i can start despute for charge beck after 30 days.
i advise to all who got scamed like me to file for chargebeck.

Would not buy from these again. Ordered Uncharted PS3 dual pack game for 17.99 with '100's in stock'. Ordered some small extras (ps3 triggers) but only received the triggers. Told game not available - Rubbish! they changed the price back to 24.99!! paid postage aswell! - Lost trust - shoppers beware...
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have e mailed them twice to enquire about returning an item which i purchased as a christmas gift. It is faulty and despite phone calls etc i have heard nothing back from them. Truly awful customer service, now in the process of taking legal action against them.
i made an order in december package arrived quickly but had wrong item in i ordered battlefield 3 limited edition for ps3 but recieved buzz wireless buzzers instead. i sent an email to company on 30th december then another on 25th january but haven't had reply back to either
I've had no problems find what I want, or buying what I want from Gameseek. The prices are competitive and delivery is swift. I have never yet had to return an item but would assume that would be handled as efficiently as the rest of the service. Everyone should sample Gameseek's services.
Christmas is always stressful and after being let down by both Tesco and HMV, it was with some trepidation that I turned to GAMESEEK after reading some very mixed reviews. The service was excellent. Game ordered Saturday, confirmation email received Monday confirming the item had been posted. I held my breath, and it turned up three days later in excellent condition. You made my son very happy on Christmas day. Sincere thanks for superb service. Totally recommended
I bought the SplitFish FragFX Shark on a recommendation from a friend that I would "suck less" as an FPS player on consoles. Boy was he right! fantastic hardware, fantastic price, fantastic service. Definitely recommend and I will certainly use them again.
