Although I found the website very easy to use, I had a query and telephoned. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The huge product choice offers excellent value for money and I would recommend Gamola Golf to anybody.
I ordered a footjoy glove , and a Titleist cap, both showed in stock. The cap arrived 2 days later, but no glove. I rang and was told the glove was out of stock although when you order if the product is out of stock it will not let you order it. However I was told another glove was on its way. 2 days later the glove arrived but not the one I ordered, another phone call and was told this time to send the item back and they would look into the problem. I sent the glove back on the 13th February and as at the 24th I had not heard anything at all. Another phone call !! Was told this time that they had to wait for the glove to arrive before they could send out a replacement, but that they were dealing with it today, nothing to do with my phone call then !!. That was 2hrs ago and still waiting for a call back from Them. Obviously not very happy with the level of customer service I have received, or not received.!! Would be very reluctant to order again from this company.
I would recomend dealing with gamola golf,the items I bought were of good quality and cheaper than buying locally. The postal system used was excellent,I received the items two days after purchase. I will buy from these people again.
I have ordered many grips off your sight as I help to run a seniors section. they always changing theres . the only time I was disappointed was when I tried to order a lamkin mid size putter grip but you don't seem to stock the mid size only the standered and extra large after I already had about 10 off you
have been using Gamola golf for a while now and have allways been happy with the service . There was a slight issue on my last order which they sorted as soon as it was brought to there attention- excellent customer care
