Jeg har handlet børnetøj på gap.eu flere gange og modtager tit varerne dagen efter bestilling. God(!) kvalitet til prisen, fint design (især til drengene, synes jeg), tit gratis fragt, også til DK, ved bestilling over et vist beløb. Jeg er slet ikke færdig med GAP.
Have bought several times from Gap and Banana Republic. Delivery to EU is fast (DHL) and affordable. In some cases I got products next day after ordering. And I am living in the Estonia (it is like on the edge of the world). Returns policy is ok (I use ordinary post for returning), refunding works promptly. Quality of products is good. There are enough fashionable products to shop there.
Shopped with Gap several times. Pretty much always timely and correct delivery. I did receive a wrong item once, but this was sorted out nicely with customer service.
I have a gripe about the website though. You cannot narrow your search to available sizes. That's a standard feature most places, and should be implemented to improve the experience.
Also stocks seem to sometimes run low very quickly.
Gap.eu has finally given me the opportunity to buy Gap clothes from Finland. They deliver in 1-2 working days and offer easy return (although you need to pay for it). If you're registered customer, you receive good promotions directly to your email. Recommend!
I recently placed an order with GAP.eu to be delivered to Denmark. I was very happy with the service until an item I ordered was delivered in a size different to that which I ordered (clearly marked on the order receipt).
On talking to customer service, it would seem that deliveries outside of the UK would have to cover the cost of returning an item that GAP incorrectly sent .
Whilst the customer service provider noted that the new item would be sent "free of charge", this is by no way "servicing the customer". I had already paid the delivery fee, and was now just covering GAP's cost for their mistake. Also, on the initial purchase I had an additional 15% voucher that, via this process, was not added to the reduction of the re-orded item.
The return postal cost was 75 Danish crowns (~£9), and I can only wonder if I might have to return the next delivery on my own dime again as a result of inefficient service.
I have otherwise always enjoyed GAP as a retail store, but find this little detail in their policy to be bothersome enough to leave the online site alone due to the insecurity it presents to the International customer.
Just recently discovered Gap site and ordered a few times from them. Can never get the size I need in sales in my local Gap store, so was so pleased to be able to order what I wanted for myself, my husband and son at sale prices on Gap site - fantastic bargains! Every time the order was processed with lightening speed and delivered within 2 days. Love the free returns service, which works really fast - refunds are processed immediatelly. Excellent communication by e-mail throughout the whole transaction - confirmation of order, dispatch, received returns and refunds. I consider it a perfect online shopping experience. Thank you Gap!
