I searced the internet for a good price. Had seen references to the company before, I beleive in Which?. Wanted this particular machine and it came undamaged in the time period specified. So happiness all round!

Brilliant value for money, super speedy delivery, great !
I ordered the Hunters Huntress as my last wellies (not Hunters but a good make and almost as expensive) had let me down and left my feet very wet. I am only 5ft so original Hunters are too high on my legs. after a bit of research I decided on the huntress and I love them. They are slightly shorter in the leg than the originals and have a little more calf room which is great when you're wearing them with jeans or thick long socks. They are very comfortable and fit your feet like a normal shoe. I was impressed with their comfort, warmth and flexibility and would recommend them to anyone. As for garden4less, theyre great. My wellies were delivered the very next day having only been ordered the afternoon before. This is the second pair of Hunters I've purchased from them (the other pair being for my husband) and each time garden4less have offered the cheapest price I could find online. I highly recommend them.

SUPERB SERVICE
I purchased a pond clarifier from you and had problems opening the proiduct to inset the ultra violet lamp. I telephoned to ask if you would accept the return of the item, and it was a yes without question. You offered to make sure the replacement was inorder by taking onother one into your workshop. You called me back to say it had taken two of your men to do what I had complained about. Eventually I did open the product by using a rubber strap and a 1 foot lever. This is not your problem but the manufactrurers and it should be mentioned to them. I say again, from you I got superb service.

Excellent product at a great price with speedy dekivery
The Wolf Garten mower was a really good price and delivered very quickly. Packaged very well. Ver little assembly required - just the grass collection box which was dead easy following the instuctions and pictures on the box. A quality product. Even cut and collected all the grass after the total soaking over the last week.

Got what I wanted, when I wanted it.
I purchased a patio set cover which arrived in good time to protect my new outdoor furniture from the spring rains. Advertised/described well on the site. I had been having trouble assessing the correct size needed but this showed internal views so I knew if chairs were folded under, in sitting position or even included (apparently not in some cases)! poor service
Ordered pair of men's hunter wellies last week, husband waited in for allotted time on tracking but boots never arrived or postcard left. The tracking then showed they had been returned to sender. When contacted garden centre said they would send out the boots again the next day. Then received a message to say they were unsure what happened to the boots and did not have anymore in stock and had issued a refund!!

Easy to order, good price and delivery within 2 days but not enough screws to assemble. We live in the country so quite a trip to buy some and therefore unassembled chairs!

I ordered two items. Two items were delivered (prompt delivery). But only one was correct. Phone call was handled courteously. I decided to collect replacement personally from Burton-on Trent (to save messing about with return postage etc.) which was handled smoothly. So initial free delivery was wiped out by journey to collect replacement item.

My new cover is so strong and suitable for all weather, I am so pleased with the quality. We were looking for some stone tortoises for a friend's retirement and then I needed some pond hose in a hurry.
