Ordered a propagator as part of my husband's Christmas present but unfortunately the lid was damaged, which could not have been foreseen as the box was intact with ample delivery packaging. He didn't realise until he went to use it on 2 January (Bank Holiday). I emailed Garden4less that evening, had a reply the following day & received a new (perfect) lid this afternoon. The courier texted me this morning to give an estimated time of delivery (between 12.03 & 13.03) and by 12.10 it had been delivered, with a follow-up confirmation text at 12.11. No one could fault that excellent service. This isn't the first time I've ordered from Garden4less and it definitely won't the last; great prices, friendly, helpful staff & an efficient courier service. Why can't all online shopping be like this?
