After problems logging on I spoke to customer services (non-premium number - hurray! No endless Vivaldi) who tried a fix that didn't work and when I called back said IT would call me, which they did in less than half an hour and quickly and efficiently sorted it. I was told I could order by telephone, but said I'd go on line, which would let me check all was OK. It was and I ordered. That was late afternoon. My order arrived the following morning.
