Good service.
The items I bought from Garden Best Buy were cheaper than other companies. The delivery was fast. And I am happy with all the items I bought. I would use Garden Best Buys again.

Never again
It's been 13 days since I ordered and I still have not received my goods. This is not what I would call prompt delivery. When I phoned after seven days I was told it was out of stock and a new delivery was due on Monday and I would receive my goods on Wednesday. It is now Thurs and its still not here. I won't be using Garden best buys again in the future. It wouldn't be so bad if you e mail or phoned to explain the delay.

Lowest price. Highest level of service.
After extensive searching on the web for this specific item, Garden Best buys was by far the lowest price I found.
I am always slightly apprehensive when buying over the internet with a company with whom I have never dealt with before, but the website was clear, with excellent product descriptions and high quality pictures. Ordering process was simple and easy to follow.
I was contacted by telephone by a very nice, polite and helpful lady to determine the most suitable delivery date for my bulky item and on my chosen date the item was delivered as promised. it was well packed and protected and received in perfect condition.
What more could I ask and hope for from a company who gives excellent customer service and does exactly what it promises.
I am very pleased with both my item and this company and will not hesitate in using them again for future purchases.

Arbour
The product arrived in good condition and is of good quality as advertised. The instructions for the errection of the product were not adequate and could have resulted with incorrect assembly and consequential domage to the product. Because of the poor instructions the time to errect was not 40 minutes, but almost two hours

Excellent service and very good prices
I was amazed at the price increase in common items used each year at our local garden centre. On finding that Apple Maggot Trap refills had increased by nearly 25% and now there was a single refil per pack (it used to be 2), I looked on the internet and found the Garden Best Buys site. The Maggot trap kits were more than half the price to those at local garden centres. Ordering was simple and they arrived within a couple of days. I definitely will be looking at Garden Best Buys again for garden supplies.

No Delivery. No Word. No Good.
A week after the estimated delivery date, my goods still haven't arrived and what is worse nobody has been in touch to say why or apologise or give me an option to cancel. Would recommend people not to purchase from this company until they get their act together.

Not impressed
Ordered 2 plants. One dispatched and I was not advised that the other plant was not in stock until I enquired. I would not have paid the p&p for just the one plant.

Ok but had to call as only part of the order was delivered first time
I ordered 2 sets of gas canisters for my weed wand. Only one set was delivered so I rang to tell them. The call was handled in a friendly way and the other set has now arrived.

I would definitely recommend Garden Best Buys to you. I hadn't used them before but I liked what I saw on their internet site which was a garden arbour and just what we were looking for. Poor communication on items not in stock
I waited over a week for delivery only to be eventually told that the goods were not in stock, but they were expecting a delivery the following week. After a further 10 days I had to ring and was told that the items were no longer available. I therefore wasted 3 weeks due to GardenBestBuys not letting me know of the problems.

Good, but slow to communicate
I bought an arbour from GardenBestBuys recently. The service was efficient and the arbour was delivered on time. However the communications were a bit out of date. I received a confirmation of the order by e-mail, then after a week the payment was processed and a few days later I received a phone call about delivery. For someone used to buying over the internet there was a lack of information up front about the process, and certainly no tracking information.

Ordered a week ago still no delivery, Bank Holiday but even still would expected by now.

a very acceptable price p@p is basic plants come bare rooted and wrapped but have found in the past that the plants can be knocked around and branches damaged, where upon reducing the size and shape of the tree. shame because it does reflect on the price and most of all quality cheap and cheerful i can by from the supermarket

Happy Gardener
I debated long and hard as to what garden Arbour to buy, after looking round Afk stood out in both value and design. So after saving up during the winter months the time finally came when I could order one. Looking online Garden best buys offered the best price with free delivery. I didn't make a mistake I received very good customer service and it was delivered on the agreed day by a very nice delivery man. The cottage arbour is a lovely piece of garden furniture it looks great and is comfortable. I was nervous about putting it together but with my husbands help it went very smoothly all parts fitting together very well Thankyou.

the bird feeder station.had holes missing.i had to drill these holes.to secure poles together .poor.quality control
