I ordered a "Compact Walk-in Greenhouse" and after 5 days received no communication after initial order confirmation. I called them on day 6 and was told they had no stock and I would not get my item for another week. The delay is one thing, but the total lack of communication is POOR.
My order was not fulfilled supposedly because the items ordered were damaged in transit.We wanted the items in preference to a refund but when I asked for a re-order I was advised the items were out of stock.I must question whether the items were in stock in the first instance? We will not attempt further purchases from this company again.
I order my goods on monday so that I could have a days gardening over the weekend. Received the order confirmation and then nothing. Checked on Thursday as to the status of the order which is processing, A week on still waiting and the order is still processing but strangely recieved an e-mail asking to rate the service which is awful will never use again
Ordered online via Gardenbestbuys.com which was straightforward to do. The company are offering the arch at a very low price, though the carriage is slightly dearer than others but still £2 cheaper overall than anyone else. I ordered on a Friday, but they'd been a hiccup in delivery arrangements when I contacted the company towards the end of the following week and was told next Wednesday, but after politely asking for a quicker delivery they responded equally politely with a Monday delivery, it actually turned up Saturday evening via Yodel. The arch itself is a bit flimsy and not the easiest to put together but we did and it is sitting looking good 'tween two hedges to the entrance of our kitchen garden. For the money it is good value but I having bought arches for a previous garden I would buy something of a more solid construction for display in my main garden.
The order was made and the customer waited for 4 days beyond the estimated day do delivery. There was no tracking information and Customer Services eventually sent us a short Email telling us that the supplier had failed to deliver the order. They did not seem particularly perturbed. I will not be dealing with this company again
Garden Best Buys presented the best value for what we were looking for. However after 7 working days waiting for delivery I had to chase them. One friendly conversation later and the good arrived the next day. They had a problem with delivery from their supplier. Had they taken the time to contact me explaining why they were late I would have given them 4 or 5 stars.
I got this at a very good price but when it was delivered it was badly damaged, it must have been done in transit because the shards of plastic were in the box . Sent Customer Services an email with a photo of the damage. New replacement now on its way in transit. Wish everything was as easy!!!
