Notified by telephone that the door seals would be delayed, but the delay was hours rather than days! Clearly standards are very high, and every effort is made to attend to the customers needs and expectations.
Recently browsed Hall's on line catalogue, even sneaked a look at the team involved .Found the site easy to use and find what I wanted. Ordering was simple, the payment likewise. Parcel arrived so quickly I was taken by surprise. Would I use them again or recommend them. Yes I would and they are stored in my favourites on my computer to speed up the process even further.

Thank you for your review... you made us blush. The photo of the team is from a few years ago so we have all grown a little, but in the wrong directions. I have definitely gone more grey! Ordering was easy, I telephoned the supplier who offered good advice and I then I went online to place my order. The Greenhouse arrived on the day and time of day as promised. The delivery driver was very helpfull and polite.
I have yet to errect the greenhouse, but I am sure that this will prove not to be a problem.
It was the second time I used Gardensite. They have been brilliant and very fast. This time I placed the order in the morning and received the goods the following day at lunchtime. This matters a lot, if you need goods urgently.
I would place an order anytime, they kept me fully informed as to what status my order was at and the speed of delivery was phenomenal. 10/10
Sent out a sample of the greenhouse gasket by next day delivery and were excellent when I made a full order. Highly reccomended!
The stone seat was really eye catching. Some more simple erection instructions would have helped but phone enquiries were promptly and politely answered by competent staff.
Prices were very competitive too !!
Extremely helpful and friendly staff who ensured that the delivery driver gave me 1 hours warning prior to arrival. The shed we ordered was exactly what we needed and took just a couple of hours to construct.

Placed an order on 22/4/12 but when it hadn't turned up by 6/5/12 I contacted the company. No apologies just a reply on 8/5/12 saying the order would be with me soon. This was a birthday gift so totally spolit the occasion. I would definately not use them again or recommend to anyone.

I have now had time to investigate your complaint. What I cannot change is your written opinion of us, and your disappointment, for which I apologise again.
I would, however, like to highlight a couple of areas to balance the view.
There was no mention in our 'Customers Comments' of the item being a present on your initial order, though I do concede the delivery was late. The reply from David Coton did include an apology as there is a copy of his e-mail on your order notes. I can understand if you missed this at the time as it comes at the end of the e-mail. The item you supplied comes directly from the manufacturer as this saves double handling and the associated costs giving the end user the best price we can offer. Unfortunately the manufacturer was out of stock and we (and consequently you) were not informed. We responded quickly to your enquiring e-mail and the manufacturer said the item would be sent our on a Next Day carrier.
As I said initially this does not change your disappointment, but I hope you have a fuller understanding. Once again please accept my apologies.

Granted I live in a terrace house with a walled (4ft) garden (no gate) but I did not expect that I would have to unpack the pallet of toughened glass on the public pavement and carry it in to the house on my own.
I must say the driver was very pleasent and did explain that due to a previous delivery where a lamp was broken, the current rule is that they can not help carry items inside the house or through to the garden. Although thankfully he did help me with the long heavy box containing the greenhouse frame (6x8ft); or it would have been still outside on the road.
The driver did let me know the procedure for removing the toughned glass packs from the pallet safely (wearing gloves etc), but if I did not possess a large claw hammer, pincers, snips and strong arms this would have been impossible. I assume that had the delivery been to an eldery person that they would have been helped. I maybe gave the impression that I could manage, as I generally do, but the procedure for dismantling the pallet and removing the packs of glass was tricky, the packs of glass were also large (2x3ft), cumbersome and heavy, and I think I would have appreciated at least the offer of help or questioned over would I manage?. When I spoke to the company prior to delivery I explained the lay-out of my house and I was ensured that the driver would help and work something out. They should maybe mention upfront that the driver is not allowed to help.
I am hoping that all of the greenhouse parts are here and the rest of the construction runs a little smoother.
Due to a mistake by us picking the wrong house number our order failed to be delivered. On phoning Gardensite I was put in contact with Nathan Dobbs who undertook the task in trying to locate the missing parcel, at all times he reported to us by phone or email on the progress of his investigation. The parcel was finally located and re-dispatched to us. We would like to thank Nathan for the help and his professionalism in resolving this tricky problem.

My original order was lost in the post but once I contacted Gardensite they re-dispatched my order with haste (and kind apologies) and my new order arrived within days. Very good service.
I love the deck box we ordered - exactly as described. The customer service was also excellent. Dawn was very helpful in organising redelivery when I missed it the first time and the couriers were helpful in carrying the box around to my back garden. Overall very pleased.

Easy to order and everything went well - the supplier dropped the first delivery and broke something so I had to wait a few more days for delivery but not the fault of Gardensite
We have nothing but good comments for such a pleasant team.The greenhouse and accessories arrived on time in perfect condition and is now in place and plants are thriving.
Ordering was simple. Customer Service was very helpful even when because of manufacturers error, they were able to explain and receive replacement without much fuss.
This is a great site, supported with very good customer service, this is the second item I've purchased and both arrived in very good time.
The order and delivery was fine, the item was delivered when it said and was suitably packaged.
Problems arose when trying to put the arbour together. The wood was not good quality, and some pieces split quite badly, the screws were very poor quality and rounded off if you needed to remove them. The arbour itself did not fit together properly either, we had to cut some of the pieces of wood to get them to fit. Once put together the arbour does look nice, however after all the hard work it took, could not bother to complain as we could not have taken it apart again.
Ordered it in the afternoon ,couldn't believe it when the plum moth packs arrived at 9.30 the next morning.
Will certainly use this company again!
I ordered a pond pump which came next day after dispatch. The pump was at an excellent price. I have no hesitation in recommending Gardensite.
I ordered an item with a delivery window of up to 28 days, but was very happy to receive a courier delivery the next afternoon. I will certainly shop online here again.
My pump and filter kit arrived exactly as described and well packaged. Delivery was very prompt.
I had been considering buying some planters for a while but I was unsure of the exact models that would suit my requirements. Gary from your customer service department, gave me excellent advise and I felt completely reassured that the three different types I chose would fullfil my needs.

Gardensite's website was extremely easy to use and the ordering process was straight forward, allowing me to arrange shipment to my work address without a problem. The goods came direct from the manufacturer and were shipped within the lead time stated. Their price was extremely competitive, but not the cheapest online. I choose to order from them because of their good online reviews, and because of their competitors poor reviews!
I wasn't sure if Garden Site would be able to help as I needed a very specific storage unit and also needed it delivered on a specific date. They assured me that if I put the date in the comments box, this wouldn't be a problem. I did this. The external company that organises delivery emailed me and I didn't pick this up until too late. I called and spoke to the office and he was very helpful, as to start with I thought I would have to start the ordering process again. As it was we organised a mutually good day for delivery. It turned up earlier than expected and the chap who delivered it helped my boyfriend bring it right through the house to the garden so that this job was done. Really helpful, really polite and really good product too!
The order arrived as specified within the three days, the product is of high quality and the wife is very pleased with it as it is easy to operate.
