Ordering for the first time from an internet site can have an element of risk, as I well know. In our favour we have garden centres that are open 7 days a week (Hall's Garden Centre's) and were established in the 1950's so, hopefully, we know a little about custoimer service face to face. We try and extend this service to GardenSite, which is our online branding. Thank you for giving us the opportunity.

Reliasble company, delivery within 2 weeks as advertised
Ordered the large size Yardmaster metal garden shed from gardensite.co.uk as the company advertised this product with the most favorable price, item was delivered within the two week time scale.

excellent service - everything arrived exactly as ordered and at the agreed time
We ordered a Vitavia greenhouse plus staging and window automatic openers. Everything arrived when we expected it to, the driver also erected the greenhouse on the prepared site and did an excellent efficient job,

Excellent Service
received my greenhouse delivered by a very friendly driver. Extremely well packed. When I came to erect it everything was clearly marked and together with the instructions was very easy to put together. I did have a small mishap and broke the door gliders but after a phone call these were replaced free with next day delivery. All in all this was a very pleasant transaction and I would not hesitate to recommend Gardensite.

Rude phone operators
I ordered solar lights had i not phoned on 4 occasions i would never have recieved them! on each occasion i called the phone operators were very unhelpfull and really didnt care less

I will investaigate your claim further but can only look at the notes relating to your order today, which suggest the solar lights you ordered had been discontinued by the manufacturer, and we were not aware; for which we have apologised in our recent e-mail. I would also like to apologise for this oversight again. I also note we offered better quality lights at an attractive discount to you, which I hope you were able to accept?
However, this does not excuse any kind of rudeness on the phone. I will have to speak with individuals over the coming days concerning this. Great Product - Poor Delivery
On line ordering,and product tracking great service but let down by delivery driver who was quiet rude to mom in law and even managed to accidental hit her when delivering greenhouse packages .
i would definitely recommend your business but concerned if you are using 3rd party suppliers to delver final service to the customer.

Great little machine
Provided good communications through out from the moment I ordered to delivery, which was fast. The pond gloves are excellent especially in this current climate and the Hoover is great very easy to use with a nice long mains lead so safe to use especially as you use it near water

Excellent Site & Service
We found Gardensite gave us excellent value for money when we were looking to purchase a Greenhouse. Our choice of Gardensite had followed reveiews & comparisons with other suppliers. The site is very easy to navigate which helped in the selection of a suitable model. The ordering process was simple to follow and the confirmation emails arrived very quickly. We liked the fact that the business is family run, takes pride in Customer Service and has been in operation for more than 60 years. Our expectation was for a 3-5 week delivery time however we were pleasantly surprised to receive a call after just 1 week to arrange delivery, everything arrived as ordered at the allocated time. All in all an excellent operation, site and service.

Thank you for taking the time to review GardenSite. Your description highlights everything we wish to portray and achieve as a company with TRUST at the heart of it all. If I were buying a greenhouse I would want this too.
The one element that is not really 'normal' is the short lead time. On the approach to Easter we should be busier than we are at present because of the continuing arctic weather conditions. Your expectation of 3-5 weeks would be would be correct in most years. This year is the exception.
I hope you enjoy your greenhouses and the weather changes soon so you can put it to work!

I was loosing my water !
Wanted a down pipe system for the greenhouse, found Gardensite - could'nt fault them - easy to find on their web page - no sooner ordered and it turned up !

My only criticism is the poor quality of the assembly instructions. The photographs were very poor quality and the script not entirely clear. I am probably more aware of good instructions as I worked as a technical author in the production of maintenance manuals for the aircraft industry.

Really Helpful and Knowledgeable Salesperson
I really wouldnt normally bother to fill this out but your salesman was so helpful I wanted to write. I needed a spare part for a pond pump and although it wasnt the most expensive part he helped me find out the make, model and recommended the best part for the job.

Fantastic Service!
I called the call center to give precise delivery instructions (which they followed preciseley). They answered prompley and were very helpful and friendly. They could even give me a time frame they thought it would be delivered in.
Delivery was so fast it came before the delivery notice!
Driver was also extreamly helpful and friendly.

A wonderful, compact product,very pleased.
Although this product is lightweight it is in fact remarkably strong. If you are looking to purchase a fold away greenhouse bench Iwould suggest you buy this one.

Flimsy
Ordered two arches with arrived within a reasonable time and the courier was very helpful. The products themselves are very flimsy and the trellis part broke when the arch was being put up. Amazingly there were only 6 screws supplied with each arch but as least 20 were needed to keep the flimsy construction together.

NOT THAT HAPPY
I ordered a greenhouse and water butt, was contacted to arrange delivery of greenhouse and told that the water butt would arrive before the greenhouse. The greenhouse arrived but no water butt, phoned after a week of waiting to be told that they had a problem with suppliers, this could not have been mentioned before ????? Have now been told they are expected this week. Will see........

Thank you for taking the time to review our service, which unfortunately was not as good as you would expect, for which I apologise.
When you were told the water butt would arrive before the greenhouse we believed that we were holding good stocks of the water butt. This was incorrect, and our error. We immediately re-ordered only to find the manufacturer did not have stocks either. We have been told that delivery will be Wednesday / Thursday to us. The product will then need to be individually packed and dispatched to you. We hope you will recive this before the weekend but it may be very early next week.
