Really Helpful and Knowledgeable Salesperson
I really wouldnt normally bother to fill this out but your salesman was so helpful I wanted to write. I needed a spare part for a pond pump and although it wasnt the most expensive part he helped me find out the make, model and recommended the best part for the job.

Fantastic Service!
I called the call center to give precise delivery instructions (which they followed preciseley). They answered prompley and were very helpful and friendly. They could even give me a time frame they thought it would be delivered in.
Delivery was so fast it came before the delivery notice!
Driver was also extreamly helpful and friendly.

A wonderful, compact product,very pleased.
Although this product is lightweight it is in fact remarkably strong. If you are looking to purchase a fold away greenhouse bench Iwould suggest you buy this one.

Flimsy
Ordered two arches with arrived within a reasonable time and the courier was very helpful. The products themselves are very flimsy and the trellis part broke when the arch was being put up. Amazingly there were only 6 screws supplied with each arch but as least 20 were needed to keep the flimsy construction together.

NOT THAT HAPPY
I ordered a greenhouse and water butt, was contacted to arrange delivery of greenhouse and told that the water butt would arrive before the greenhouse. The greenhouse arrived but no water butt, phoned after a week of waiting to be told that they had a problem with suppliers, this could not have been mentioned before ????? Have now been told they are expected this week. Will see........

Thank you for taking the time to review our service, which unfortunately was not as good as you would expect, for which I apologise.
When you were told the water butt would arrive before the greenhouse we believed that we were holding good stocks of the water butt. This was incorrect, and our error. We immediately re-ordered only to find the manufacturer did not have stocks either. We have been told that delivery will be Wednesday / Thursday to us. The product will then need to be individually packed and dispatched to you. We hope you will recive this before the weekend but it may be very early next week.

Excellent service

Excellent product and service
Greenhouse arrived within a week of ordering, company phoned to arrange delivery time. It took some practical ability to assemble but was within the capability of anyone who can figure things out. Instructions were a bit basic but we found extra information on assembling the base on the web. Some of the glass was broken when we opened it, Halls returned my call the same day and sent out a form for us to claim for the price of replacing the glass from a local glaziers, which enabled us to complete the greenhouse quickly. Also the free seed tray stand was out of stock so they replaced it with a free two tier staging, of greater value, after phoning first to check this was ok.
All round pleased with the quality of the product for the price, and with the service provided!

Absolutely great, delivery was confirmed with me and on time
My only problem with my greenhouse were the assembly instructions.... it looks like they were drawn up by the person who didnt make it though to interview for the job at the IKEA assembly instruction designer post!

ATLANTIS JAMAICA Garden Pond
ORDER NUMBER 127357
I have been trying to repair my existing liner for months with only moderate success. I decided enough was enough and would complete the replacement with a fibreglass pond. After doing much research on-line I decided the Atlantis-Jamaica was for me (it fit the hole in the ground better). I looked at Gardensite a number of times but delivery always seemed a big issue to me. The next time I went on-line they had an incredible offer on so I decided to ring them direct, a very nice gentleman answered who explained their own delivery policy locally and he recommended that I contact Courier Link UK . I did this got a price and went back to place my order another very pleasant young lady double checked the item was in stock and the transaction went smoothly through.
I went back to Courier Link UK who took all the necessary particulars and we agreed a delivery date. The communication between Courier Link UK and myself was first class and I would just like to mention Steve Hobson from this company. The pond arrived all on its own in a large transit van so any worries I had of possible damage during delivery were negated.
The service received throughout this order was first class from retailer to delivery well done both parties.
Finally I am big on service but the price also needs to be right.

Damaged Goods
First delivery of the Eco Compost Bin was damaged-very badly. Looked like it had been dropped along the way. Rang to advise them and they said the manger was busy and would ring me back. He didn't so I had to ring again. He eventually did ring and dealt with the replacement very well and quickly. Second bin was OK

Good Service & Good Product
Delivery was on time and Driver very pleasant and most helpful.
No breakages or missing parts. Little faults - Dimension Z on base plan was
incorrect, Glazing rubber had kinks in it as if a heavy weight had been laid on it,
and self tapping screws for window stays were too long.
Overall a very good product and I would use the firm again.

DONT BUY A METAL SHED!!!!!!
I recently bought a metal duramax 10 x 8 shed, a word of advice dont purchase one! you would be better building your own out of old coke cans to be truthful, it is flimsey, you cant lean on the doors or panels because they buckle, I have had to line the inside to prevent any light items from touching the walls, wish I had never bought it and spent the £380 towards a wooden/more solid shed, Ive no doubt good metal sheds exist but this aint one of them. Garden site very good service but you ought to check out what is being sold.

I am slightly confused as to which shed you have actually purchased, or whether you changed your order, as your review states 'DuraMax 10 x 8 shed' whilst your order says different? The DuraMax is a metal framed shed with a rigid PVC skin. We are very proud to sell these sheds, and have done so for many years, so maybe your purchase was the all metal Emerald shed?
Can I ask you to phone our Helpdesk on 0121 355 7701 and ask for Dan? He will be very happy to establish the exact unit, and will try and get to the root of the issue. He can discuss your problem with various technical colleagues. One theory maybe that the unit is not fully secured to a solid floor. This is essential as the floor becomes the 'sixth side of the dice' when constructing any metal shed, giving it the rigidity it requires.
At GardenSite we like to feel that most (it can never be ALL in the real world)of our customers are satisfied with their purchase and they get value for money. We would like to have the opportunity to assist further.

My Daughter -in - law will be in her own little world inside her new greenhouse.
My husband and I decided to treat our Daughter-in -law to a decent greenhouse after parts of her last one decided to take off in the high wind and get lost in the midst of time.As you can guess it wasn't very substantial but still cost them alot of money. She produces some very fine fruit and veg and is in her element when pottering in her greenhouse. Needless to say she was thrilled. We look forward to the fruits of her labour with great antisipation.
