Delays from your supplier caused a problem which wasn't well handled
I ordered a cover for a garden table. The website showed it to be in stock. However this wasn't the case and I had to ring up to find out where it was. I was later told that it wouldn't be in stock until the new year. However I was offered an alternative (more expensive but offered at the same price) which I accepted. However on arrival, nice though it was, wasn't an exactly the same as the one I ordered as it was larger to cover the chairs as well. Rather than go through the rigmarole of returning the cover I am using it with it tucked in. Its OK but not what I wanted as it flaps in the wind. Your actions have cost you and the customer is not entirely happy but not miserable either. Marks out of 10 - 6.5, I think but it could have been worse
