The courier failed to deliver my order despite the tracker saying they had. I rang Garden XL who contacted courier for me. Garden XL then rang me back very quickly to say they would send out a second order that day. The second order arrived on Christmas Eve in enough time to be wrapped for the big day. Thank you very much for great service. Only reason not 5 stars is it took a long time to get through on the phone, but I suspect this was due to volume of calls at this time of year.
