I placed an order on Sunday 9th June as a father's day present for my son. The online order stated the itemS were in stock so I placed my order. However by the 13th I was unable to track my oder so I rang customer services to be told my items were out of stock & would not be in stock in 3-5 days. I was offered the opportunity to cancel the order but I decided to keep it. I asked if there was any compensation on offer as it was a present for my son to give to his dad to be told no. I then had to go out & purchase another present for father's day. I was disapointed with the lack of empathy with the customer service girl I spoke to. Unfortunately this has clouded my experience with Garden LX so I will not be using them again
