The original order was placed, initially accepted and invoice raised. However, it transpired one of items requested could not be delivered, due to internet not being updated as to stock availability. I received a phone call to explain the position with apology for short coming. The young lady was most polite and offered helpful advice. I was more than happy to proceed with remainder of the order. The goods were received, two working days later.
