Excellent service shame about the postage cost!

Postage costs high at £9.50, for my framed Dr Who print and it took six days from order to delivery.
I did not realise that they were made to order until I telephoned to enquire about delivery times.
Product did meet my expectations and I would order from them again.

Great Value For Money!

I needed a very specific poster for a phonics presentation and not only found exactly what I was after but at a very reasonable price. My only quibble was the delivery company went to completely the wrong address but thankfully the wrong recipient brought it over for me.

excellent service and products.

i have used gbposters on two occasions now and i wouldn't go anywhere else. they have an excellent range of products. I've always found what i'm looking for. the posters are brilliant quality, nice thick paper that lasts well. i was expecting them to be rubbish quality or flimsy or misprints for the price, but they're not! the maxi posters are massive. the ONLY misgiving i have is that where everything is a penny under the pound you have to buy an extra item to get the free p&p BUT to be honest i was going to buy the extra item anyway so it was a bonus.

Free gift out of stock and 'poster' size not clear.

I was offered a free gift of some badges. These were funnily enough out of stock. No alternative offered. I was given a refund. Of nothing. Plus when my 'poster' arrived I was surprised it was just 10x8 big. A photo. Not a poster. I wouldn't use them again.

Site needs updating with accurate stock.

Seeing as Coke are stopping their Coke Zone points later in the year, I had to redeem mine and so ended up with some £18 in free vouchers to spend towards purchases on gbposters. I managed to find four posters for this price that I was interested in so a good start. Unfortunately a few days afterwards, I was informed that two of the posters were no longer available (even though the website at the point I was being advised still said "in stock") - so I changed them for two others, only to be advised the next day that they were also out of stock. So in the end, I just had two sets of the two posters that were in stock and thought I'd give them to a friend.

When the posters did come (and the delivery was very quick) I ended up with three different posters (I should have had two posters twice). Two of the posters that were in my original order were the incorrect sizes to that advertised.

Overall, I personally can't complain too much as this transaction was almost free of charge to me - but if I had paid the normal £20 it would have cost, it wouldn't have been great.

Great value delivered fast and safely

I was impressed with the price of my posters compared to other poster sites. They arrived in the post way faster than I expected in a really good strong tube that meant they were perfect on arrival.

My 3 year old boy now has some cool new posters on his bedroom wall and after this experience I think we'll try new ones every few months to keep things fresh.

Top service - Excellent Customer Service.

Got poster free but couldn't enter promotion code. Customer services resolved this in an instant. Received maxi poster - great quality, well wrapped and prompt delivery. Very happy - would definitely recommend.

Cheap but no stock!

Made my order but then a few days later told it was out of stock so couldn't have it - got a refund with no probs. Bit annoying that site was not up to date with stock levels but no biggy! Was dealt with quickly.

Next Time I'll Give GB a miss!

New York at night. but instead of Large Dollar bill I received
a large Muhammad Ali poster. I was not going to go to all the bother of sending it back so I gave it to my cousin. I will now buy my Scarface large dollar bill poster elsewhere.

After being let down by another company I was desperate to get the poster my grandaughter wanted for her birthday, so I made my purchase at the last minute and they didn't let me down. Thank you

Great porduct not happy with the international shipping

Hi, product was sent super quick and very happy with it, only grip is the packinging was not clearly labelled to meet my country guidlines and was quaratined which resulted in my having to pay a 30 pound fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think I will buy from again due to this.

Product is good, but Shipment info. was NOT good.

It took 2 weeks to receive my poster. I'm living in S.Korea now. Since i purchased that, i couldn't do anything cuz there were no shipment tracking system in your website. IF you make that function, your customers can purchase and waiting products more comfortable.

efficiency and follow up was comendable

My order was delivered damaged on first occasion and resent but again arrived damaged the second time so i gave it one last chance and got lucky as it came in good condition. Janice who handled my problem had responded positive, quick and service minded. She was a breath of fresh air to what usually is confrontational and negative.

excellent customer service

I was disappointed when my picture arrived broken but within 24 hours a replacement had been sent out to a different address, no quibbling. Accidents happen but can't fault the service.

Great service received. product as described. Soundly packaged and arrived on time.

Very poor

Only three of the four posters ordered were delivered and the three that were delivered were all damaged (probably due to being forced into the delivery tube) as they were badly creased down the centre. I would not recommend them at all. Very poor.

good condition, well packed. took too long

U probably need to work on speed of delivery. This was the slowest delivery of anything I have ever bought online. Even the Harris tweed from outer Hebrides comes quicker. However, all else , no problems... Thanks

Poster arrived on time and in perfect condition! The only complaint I would make is that the delivery charge is a little too expensive.

Poster arrived as expected however the package had been bent in transit., causing damage (creasing) to the poster.

Poster out of stock - not advised at time of order

I ordered 2 posters for my son's bedroom wall. My order went through fine - it was only when it was dispatched that I found out one of the posters was out of stock and was not being sent. Why advertise it on your website if you don't have it in stock? If I'd known at the time I wouldn't have made the order or at least ordered an alternative. Very disappointing for both me and my son.

Still Awaiting Delivery Item

Placed an order on 21 February 2013. After contacting customer services I did eventually receive part of the order on Monday 11th of March. Still a small part of order is yet to be received. Disappointed to say the least. Luckily the items were not as a surprise gift or a birthday present. Probably wouldn't order from GB posters again.

I have ordered lots of posters from this company and have got exactly what i ordered promptly and in excellent condition. This is made even better as I have used rewards from Coke Zone to order the posters

Delivered quickly!

I bought an antique map for my mum for her birthday, luckily it arrived at some point the evening before, the delivery man had chucked it over my electric gates. This wasn't a problem as it was out of sight from the outside of the gates and it wasn't very delicate!
Over all fast, well priced and a good place to come for a poster!
