Recieved an email to say that my poster had been dispatched, emailed a week later as it had still no arrived, had to email twice before getting a response. When I did recieve a reply I was told that it had been lost in transit and that the was no way to track this.
Was disappointing as this was a gift for someone and also because I was then told that this particular poster had been discontinued and would not be coming back into stop.
I was however offered a refund which I have now recieved.
Buying arts and posters online can lead you to amateurish websites, forever 'out of stock' items or optimistic pricing (whether that be the products or the delivery charges). No such problems with gbposters. I would certainly use again.
GBPosters are an excellent site, they have good prices but their delivery progress is slow and I would appreciate a free delivery option, £2.50 for delivery may not seem like a lot but when your actual item is only £3.99 then £2.50 is, especially when it takes them 2 days to dispatch it, I ordered my poster on Sunday, and it wasn't dispatched until Tuesday evening, for first class postage at £2.50 I was expecting it to be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
I ordered a poster with frame, on check-out I was offered a 'free' gift (a limited choice of posters) which I took them up on and choose a world map... when the order arrived they'd framed the 'free' poster and not the one I actually wanted framing - d'oh.
After emailing to enquire on how to solve this mistake they were quick to respond and offered me a small refund (which, I've yet to confirm I've received as I write this) as compensation for having to transpose the posters myself.
....the tube the poster came in is too narrow. I wanted to check I'd received the right poster as it's a Christmas present - I can't fit it back into the tube! This could have more to do with my manual dexterity of course.
My order were two frames, one being a large "door" frame. As such, the two items could not be packaged together but sent individually. So far, so good. However, the smaller frame arrived on it's own. When I phoned up and wanted to query the whereabouts of the second frame, I was put through to "Rachel". Rachel was unable to help me, but would phone back before the end of the day with an answer. This never happened. I phoned back the next day and asked to speak to "Rachel". I was informed that there were two Rachels. I said that I wanted to spek with the "Rachel", who dealt with my order yesterday. The receptionist came back to me and said that no Rachel had dealt with an order like that and asked if I had spoken to the correct "Rachel". It turns out that one of the "Rachels" was on holiday on the day in question, so in my mind there could only be one "Rachel, but who has never heard of this order and denies all knowledge of it. I'm now wondering if the second frame will ever show up. I was put through to a male sales rep and explained my case. He did inform me that the second frame was on it's way. Why the two frames could not have been posted together albeit in seperate wrapping, I will never know. The second frame arrived the following day, but it was damaged as it had been poorly wrapped and badly handled. I phoned up again and asked for a replacement and was promised a new one to be shipped the following day. 9 days and 4 phonecalls later the frame arrived. With every phonecall I was promisesd that the frame would be with me shortly or the next day and that the courier was on route. The frame is OK. Would I use this comapny for further frame orders? Not in a million years. And that is a promise!!!
Totally happy with everything from gbposters. I'd happily recommend to friends. When a poster I'd ordered was out of stock you very speedily arranged a replacement that I'd chosen. Speed of delivery was amazing too! Keep up the good work, happy customers are your greatest asset!

I have ordered two rare posters via the Gbposters website. I found their service efficient, and the website was very easy to use. I found Customer Service very helpful and professional, and will definitely be recommending Gbposters to family and friends.

Needed a couple of big frames for my son's gig posters. Gbposters had the size ans style I wanted and had them on promotion with a signifcant discount. The items arrived within 5 days by courier and were well packed and as described.

I payed for 4 posters and received an email a few days later telling me two of the posters were out of stock and I'd have to pick a different one. This was obviously frustrating because I'd bought the posters because I liked them and didn't really want alternatives. However, I was then told my second, then third, then fourth... choices were also out of stock. They dispatched the two posters that they did have in stock but 9 days to arrive (not really what you expect when you have to pay for 3-4 day delivery) and on top of that the box was damaged and one of the posters slightly damaged. My order was faulty in every way, so I would HIGHLY recommend using another website!

Ordered a Disney Princess poster with a frame. Item is good, and got a free poster as well.
Delivery was just under a tenner which was a bit steep in my opinion, especially as the item took well over a week to arrive. If I have 1-3 day delivery at that price it would have been fine. I know the longer more expensive delivery was due to ordering a frame.
Happy overall - and have ordered posters since which were good and quick for delivery.
Good selection to choose from and great value for Sofia posters we were looking for. Delivery within 2 days - what more could anyone want? Will certainly recommend and use again when we have the need.
Paid for all my items, then got an email from someone at GB posters saying that posters is in stock. Agree to have it delivered when it came back in stock. Haven't heard a peep in 2 weeks. The woman ensured me it will be with me within a week!
Gb posters are great in themselves but there delivery company leaves a lot to be desired they are extremely slow in this instance I tracked the package and it changed hands at different locations five different times. That never happened the last time ......".
GB Posters did everything I expected. I had no problems and would recommend this site to everyone. I was at first a little worried but because I went through Coke Zone I knew that it must be a good enough brand to get links with a global leader in drinks.
I know now where to go for posters for my university room :)
