Posters arrived faster than expected. Accidentally received extra posters but company let me keep them. Only reservation is that adult posters may be accidentally sent to a child.

I ordered two posters for my daughter from GBPosters and was delighted when they were delivered promptly. However, both my daughter and I were very disappointed to find upon opening the packaging tube that it contained only one poster, despite also containing an invoice noting the originally ordered two posters (and charging me for them to boot). Whilst the company did refund my money without complaint, I had to get in touch with them to ask about this and only at that point did I discover the second poster was out of stock. Poor.

Clear and easy to use website with speedy delivery

Slow slow slow

Ordered a poster on 21 Feb, told it was sent on 23 Feb, now 6 March and its still not here. I presume it will be okay if/when it arrives.

Framed some posters for our media room. The look great and buying in a pack of four is excellent value. We also bought one poster with our order which was inserted into the frame for us - a nice touch.

First time user, ordered two posters, 50% of order incorrect!

I ordered two specific posters from Gbposters and long story short, one was the correct one, the other was a completely random one which was in no way related to the one I ordered! So that was interesting. After getting in contact with their refunds dept, instead of me having to return the incorrect order they actually sent out the correct order and I didn't have to spend money returning the wrong one so that was one saving grace. Both sets of orders arrived within 1-2 days so that's also pretty good but sending out a wrong item on your first bit of business with a site isn't a good sign!

PERFECT! It was exactly what we wanted.

I will definately order with GBPosters again. It was a quick and easy process and within a few clicks we had chosen a print and had it framed. It arrived on time and more importantly without any damage. The hooks on the back of the frame meant it took minutes to put on the wall - all in all the easiest and quickest way to help decorate a room.

Stunning original artwork with a slight scuff!

The poster of Central Park in New York has added a real talking point to our hallway in our house. Ordered with a black frame, the artwork really captures the vibe we wanted - modern, authentic, with a splash of colour - a piece of art we couldn't find anywhere else.

Yes the frame did have a little scuff which has revealed the wood underneath in one corner, but we have hidden this out of sight by turning the scuffed corner to the top!

Ive bought a couple of really nice framed maxi posters and will buy some more in the near future...my only little nit pick would be that they should lower their postage costs...but other than that, I would recommend them to anyone!

I ordered 2 Mario a done Wayne Rooney poster.they were posted out promptly in a robust cardboard tube and arrived in great condition.

prompt service but no indication as to availability

Website should indicate whether poster is in stock. Payment required at checkout, order arrives with invoice but no explanation as to why one item has not been delivered. Have to phone to arrange refund. Unsatisfactory.

Does what it says on the tin

Good quality posters with a speedy delivery. Plastic instead of glass makes them light and safe. They would benefit from including a boarder for the poster to make them look more professional.

I placed my order following a google search... the choice on offer is great and the prices were better than I'd found elsewhere.
However I realised a mistake with my order (I wanted to add to the order) and phoned immediately... this was a Saturday and I couldnt get a response. it tranpires customer services is closed at the weekends, but no messages state this! I called again on Monday morning and was met by a very stroppy woman who told me in a very curt fashion that my email was received and would be dealt with (apparently I should have known this!). Having not heard back, I called again and dealt with an incredibly helpful chap in the warehouse who resolved my issue, and so quickly it was done before I was even off the phone! His service was excellent and went way beyond what I was expecting... It's just a shame the 'customer service' staff don't have the same attitude or skills! If I wasn't so desperate for the items I'd ordered I would have told the original woman to stick her order and simply cancelled it.
I will however shop again, but not because of the service... Simply because the choice of product is amazing, the price is competitive and delivery happened very quickly.

SLOW TO REPLY TO E-MAIL ENQUIRY

I have always bought team posters of Manchester City football club from GB posters around October time .
I e-mailed in December as no team posters on the website.
I had a reply saying nothing to do with GB but have to wait till City approve posters.
Eventually in January the maxi size poster was available to buy but no sign of mini poster size.
I e-mailed 3 times to see if mini version would be on website so I could purchase both sizes in one delivery. No response so I ordered big posters.
I then finally got a reply to say down to City again altho the poster is the same picture .
The mini version is now on website and I have bought them and paid more delivery costs.
Made to feel when finally got a response that I was a nuisance.
Not too impressed with the customer service side of the website!!!

I recently ordered two posters on the site. I was happy to find it was both cheaper & better quality than other popular sites i looked at. I have to be honest I was a bit wary after making the payment first because the invoice didn't seem very legit, & it displayed my billing address not the postal one. However there was no need to worry. The posters took a day or two longer than expected to arrive but they were brilliant when they got here. I regularly get comments on them. I would use this site again.
