Excellent customer service
I had a framed poster delivered which was damaged. I called Gb and a replacement was sent. However this was also damaged. Gb customer service was excellent . I was offered a replacement and a refund. I would definitely order from them again.

great website
i think that they could do with lowering the postage. as i ordered three posters i got charged postage for each one even though they were sent in the same tube which wouldnt make a difference

Don't sell out of stock items!!!!!!!
I ordered 6 items and got told one of my items was out of stock. They told me that i would get a refund, which i have never received. Postage was also very slow, i will not be using again as i paid for 6 items NOT 5!!!!

Poor service still awaiting delivery after almost 3 weeks
Found the company very poor on service, had contradicting emails saying I hang payed for anything when I had, still waiting for delivery after almost 3 weeks not notified on what's happening with my order would strongly suggest using a more reliable company!

Paid for goods that never arriveD
We were charged for goods that never arrived.
After emailing and getting vague unintererested responses we contacted our credit card provider and lodged a complaint and to obtain a refund.
My opinion find another supplier if you actually want to receive goods that you have paid for.
Waste of time and effort and now we have to apply to our credit card company to obtain a refund.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - GOODS DO NOT ARRIVE !!!!!!

Awesome... Eventually
So I had afew problems with GB Posters, I placed an order on 16/12/12 with a 99% guarantee it would be delivered in time for Christmas, it wasn't. I spoke to customer services who were very friendly and organised a resend, no problems. It then got to 28/01/13 and it still hadn't turned up. So once again I wrote to customer service and organised a resend, the poster then turned up on 31/01/12.
Although very slow the customer service team were very helpful and friendly :)

Slow delivery, but fine
Cool site, fair prices and so on.
The delivery was pretty slow though, it took them around 2 weeks to ship 3 posters from the UK to Denmark.

SLOWER than a delivery from AMERICA.
I ordered my poster two weeks ago, IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED.
I ordered two tin signs from the other side of America. They arrived four days ago.
This tells me not to bother using your company unless nobody else INTERNATIONALLY has the same product because I could probably get it from absolutely anywhere else in the world quicker than from you.
It seems a bit cheeky to ask me to do something for you when you can't even be bothered to put my poster in the mail.

poor and confusing
Well i still haven't actually received my order so it makes it very hard to review positively, i received an e-mail saying that two of the posters id ordered were not in stock (which is fair enough) but that i would be contacted within 24 hours about what to do about it.... I haven't. And i'm still waiting for my order to arrive which i placed on 25th december. and was apparently dispatched over a week ago now, what postal service takes that long?

Slow delivery
Well technically once it was posted it arrived quickly. I ordered on Thursday night, but it wasn't sent until the next week. Almost everything I order online gets sent the next day and I don't see any excuse why it shouldn't be.

Excellent service all round!!
I would definitely recommend GB posters. Their service is excellent although I would order in plenty of time for Christmas presents as my order didn't arrive in time! The customer service is excellent especially the lady who dealt with my issues.

brought my product which was in stock and the what do you know theydidnt have it in stock.. it was a present and they didnt offer to send me one when they got product back in stock.. just refund

Christmas Let Down
I ordered a calendar as a Christmas present on the 19th December. According to the website it was in stock and would be dispatched straight away. The money was taken from my bank but on the 21st Dec I received a very blunt email saying the item was now out of stock and my money would be refunded. It is now the 2nd Jan and I still do not have my refund in spite of emails to them and assurances that it will be dealt with right away. I will not be ordering from this company again and would not recommend them to my friends.

Really good choice of posters; two ordered at reasonable cost (much cheaper than equivalent in shops). They arrived quickly, in a strong card tube so no damage to posters despite the worst the PO could do during the Christmas postal rush.

Slow despatch - lied about despatch date
Not a great service, ordered on the 14th Dec in plenty of time for Christmas - website says usual despatch within 24-48hours. Received an email on the 18th to say item had been dispatched still didn't arrive on the 20th. Phoned them to be told it should arrive on the 20th as it was with dpd - they did atleast respond promptly to be fair! Didn't arrive then, arrived on the 27th December after requesting tracking number - wasn't with the courier until the 20th! Pointless, completely missed Christmas and didn't seem to even care - no apology or anything! Useless!
