Found GB posters really easy to use with lots of choice (difficult to make my mind up!) and the order placed was quickly dispatched and arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely order again!
I've purchased a few posters for my kids from Gbposters now and have never been disappointed. The posters are great quality, delivered very quickly and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Despite making an error when submitting my delivery details, Janice at Gbposters was so helpful in getting the problem resolved. She sorted everything out for me and once a new delivery address was given I received my picture less than 24 hrs later. But I have to say I was disappointed with the picture. I thought that the colours were so bright it made the picture look cheap and the picture in thr frame wasn't quite straight. Would I buy from here again? Not too sure!
THESE POSTERS WERE EVEN BETTER QUALITY THAN I HAD EXPECTED THEY WERE BOUGHT FOR A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR MY FRIENDS SON HE WAS OVER THE MOON WITH THEM AND I WILL BE ORDERING SOME DISNEY CARS MINI POSTERS FOR MY OWN SON VERY SOON THEY WERE DELIVERED PROMPTLY AND I CANT FAULT THEM VERY HAPPY BUNNY.
Great poster damaged by post office a replacement sent same day i reported the damage very helpful customer service ,I could not be happier with the experience of buying from GB POSTERS 10/10
I ordered a poster which was dispatched quite quickly, however it still had not arrived a week later. I sent a query asking when my order would be delivered - this was totally ignored. The poster did arrive eventually but it would have been nice to have had a reply and to have not been left wondering.
I don't know why, the poster was bent and had some weird white spots on its middle part.
Received all the framed posters I ordered. However I did not receive the free framed poster I was entitled to after ordering three framed posters. When contacting sales about I supplied them with all the details to chase up the missing framed poster. I then contacted them again to enquire about the missing poster some time later and did not even get a reply.
Very disappointed with after sales. Why offer free framed poster if the customer doesn't get it
I ordered a potser andnframe which arrived promptly, however I found that they had sent the wrong poster. After a weekend of no contact, I managed to get through to sort out my order. However, I was dealt with brilliantly with my actual order sent that evening with next day delivery. I also got to keep the other poster which is a bonus. Overall it was alright service. Would have been brilliant if not for the mistake and wait to rectify the mistake.
Ordered posters and when the postman delivered the top of the tube was missing and the posters were damaged. Got in contact with GB Posters and I was sent replacements which arrrived within a few days. Good service.
Service was v. good, prints damaged in the post, but replaced in no time.
Product arrived as described and is now hanging on my wall. Problem is they charge a fortune for delivery, a tenner! And it is not like it's very speedy, nearly a week. Bought exactly the same thing in town a t the advertised price and got it home on the bus.
I ordered 3 posters from them. when i received them one of them was wrong, on calling customer service they sent me the right one first class post and told me to keep the wrong one without having to send it back .
I had a code from another firm to get 2 free posters with GB posters, the first turned up with the tube partly bent and the poster inside 'crimped' right across it, this was obviously damaged in transit by the post office and so I contacted GB by email, I had no reply or apology which is disappointing. The postal tube isn't the toughest of things but if handled properly by postal service it should be sufficient, which my 2nd delivery proved when it arrived. Posters simply the same type you can buy from any poster outlet and with risk of damage via post I'll only be buying in store in future.
Saw the poster I liked online but the ad only gave one measurement. So I rang and spoke to a woman who in answer to my question - is this the size of the actual picture, not including a border - assured me that it was definintely the size of the actual picture. I duly collected the pic from the post office and of course it was a tiny image on a white background.....
Rang and left a message but no-one called me back, so it's still in its envelope in a cupboard. Will stick to All Posters in future.
So basically, I ordered some posters, and because one of them is a large poster, it was sent with a courier. This courier managed to lose the contents of the poster tube 3 times. 3 times I had got home, and had an empty tube delivered to my front door. I asked the delivery man about it, and he said that to tubes used are very very prone to opening in transport, which i guess is GBPosters fault.

ordered some beatle prints ,should have been free postage,got email saying 2 pics out of print ,did i want to order others or have refund,chose refund on 2 unavailable pics,got email saying unavailable pics were now available a could reorder these.
instead of being free post ,first 2 pics cost £4 , if i reodered other pics this would have cost another £4, i wont be buying of these again
Postage costs high at £9.50, for my framed Dr Who print and it took six days from order to delivery.
I did not realise that they were made to order until I telephoned to enquire about delivery times.
Product did meet my expectations and I would order from them again.
I needed a very specific poster for a phonics presentation and not only found exactly what I was after but at a very reasonable price. My only quibble was the delivery company went to completely the wrong address but thankfully the wrong recipient brought it over for me.
