Excellent Customer Service
Even though I had some problems with my order I am gonna give 5 out of 5 stars to Gear4Music. The EQ display on my Roundback Electro-Acoustic bass was busted on delivery so I sent them an e-mail explaining the problem and asking whether they could send me a replacement Pre-Amp. Next day I received an e-mail saying that the replacement part was ready to be delivered, free of charge. Despite this incident I'm really satisfied with my order. Not only Gear4Music is a very customer oriented company, but they also make good looking, good sounding, quality instruments.
