Late and faulty item
Was disappointed to find item was about 10 days late, although I will take into account the frosty weather and flooding around this time. Product was faulty and I emailed the company to kindly collect and replace it. No reply. Had to ring them up a few days later and he said in passing that the returns department don't usually deal with that kind of thing (what do they deal with then?! I wanted it returned and that was the address given on the package?). They collected at agreed date, but I have recieved no information when I can hope to have my item back or a new one. I have been without it since I ordered at the beginning of September now.
