Disappointing returns service
Items arrived quickly but very disappointing that after spending a large amount of money I had to pay for the initial delivery charge and also the returns. Further disappointing that I returned items for exchange in different size and then despite me checking the website and my size showing in stock when I requested exchange i then received an email stating it was out of stock. By this time I had already sent the items back for the exchange and paid high delivery costs. If I had known the item was out of stock I would not have returned the size I had. Despite raising this issue they still refused to refund the delivery charges. Will think twice before shopping here again!

In an ideal world we would always be able to provide alternative sizes for exchanges but during sale periods unfortunately this isn't possible. It does seems that you're struggling to check stock levels on our website - you need to click on the size and colour option to see the remaining stock. We're always happy to advise on available stock over the phone and to put aside an item for exchange where possible. You seem to have raised this review before we had a chance to consider and respond to your grievances. As far as we are aware these have now been resolved directly with you. We would hate to loose a customer and we hope that you are now happier and would be willing to adjust this review. We offer great prices, a very fast despatch and return service but we are endeavouring to improve all the time. As Royal Mail's recent price increases have hit our customers hard we are now launching a FREE returns service which will be included in our standard delivery charge of just £2.95 for 1-2 day delivery.

What I wanted, at best price and next day delivery
I had recently bought the same item from another website. It was due to deliver in 5 days and after 10 days I was told it wasn't in stock and they didn't know when it would be. I then found yourselves and you excelled on your promises, your price was then better than anyone else's and you delivered it the next working day as promised. I know have my dream jacket and dream price and would definitely buy from here again

Excellent purchase price and speedy delivery on goods.
Looked to purchase a North Face Gillet and found Gearforgirls to offer the most competitive prices. Item arrived within a few days in perfect condition with clear instructions enclosed should I wish to return the item for any reason. Would use this company again.

Very good service, would recommend to a friend.
I Placed my ordered over the phone, as I wanted to ask about sizes, sometimes a call will lead to info garment being returned in your size when showing out of stock online. They are so helpfull & gave me other alternatives in my size. they were patient & didnt rush me to make my decision. Unfortunately with my last order they sent the wrong Capri pants out, just human error, as we had be discussing other styles in the Capri pants. I sent an email that same night & got a phone call first thing the next morning saying that they would replace them & post them out that day which they did, I got them today which is the Next day, they did come quicker thatn the last pair, which did take a few days from placing the order! I would highly reccommend Gear for Girls.

Speedy delivery of a top product
I ordered a Salomon ski jacket from gearforgirls website and I can fully recommend this online company. Order was processed super fast and my jacket was delivered the following day! Can't do better than that :-)

Fast and efficient.
Ordering and dispatch was easy and efficient. Product arrived as per stated delivery times so overall very happy. My only reservation regarding on line ordering is that I purchased a garment I already had at home and despite being exactly the same item, just a different colour, the size and performance of the fabric is different. I purchased the north face cervinja full zip. I already had once in the white/grey colour that I bought from a store and could try on. I ordered a black one as the first one was really comfortable and gets a lot of wear. The fabric in black however is no where near as stretchy as the white/grey - not sure why. As such it is ok but no where near as comfortable. Not sure if it is simply the size is different but it definitely doesn't flex the same way as my first one. If I had purchased from a store I could have tried a few on and might have made a different decision. That said, the service/delivery from gear for girls was very good.

What a bargain
Will certainly check out your running products again. I got a fantastic jacket at !/2 half price couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else and the delivery charge was great too. It arrived well packaged and extremly quick. What more can any one ask! A top rate seller

Brilliant Value, Fast Delivery.
Ordered some North Face walking trousers at a bargain price after trying them on in Tiso and not being prepared to pay full price for trousers to wear to work. Fab comfy and flattering and nobody has noticed they aren't Royal Mail issue yet! Haha! ( which are cheaply made and absorb water and have velcro, like, EVERYWHERE! )

Great jacket
we had thought we had ordered a wrong size jacket and had a really good response from customer service,we kept the jacket in the end though as we decided it fit fine with the extra layers,thankyou,good price too.

A Disappointing Experience overall...
Initially, I was very impressed with Gearforgirls' website, prices and overall structure. I was particularly impressed with their method of showing the amount of each item left in stock. So I ordered the item I wanted, in the desired size, confident of a successful transaction. Which it was...my credit card was billed in the normal way and a receipt and an estimated delivery time was given.
But then...the next day I was telephoned by Gearforgirls and told that indeed a mistake had been made, and they had run out of the item I wanted, not just in the size I wanted, but altogether. Disappointing that theur system did not work. On the plus side, I had my money returned to me quickly, but I just wish their stocking system had been up-to-date. The item I wanted was for a present for a birthday, and ultimately, this delay made me miss it.

Could not be any better!!
Customer service was extremely helpful and friendly (first thing on a Monday morning!), as I had a query regarding my order. They helped me with this and less than 24 hours from speaking to them my package arrived. Perfect!!

Great for Girls!
Yet another order arrived quickly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss and a lovely friendly note. What I like best about GfG is not the fantastic service or the great value but that I know what I'm getting. Items are well described and look they do on the tin. Simples! Quick delivery of what I wanted!
I wanted new gloves to replace Mountain Gear ones. Found the Ronhill Sirocco Glove which fits well and keeps me warm. Very prompt delivery. They work with smart phone although I have small fingers therefore making predictive text work hard!

Speedy delivery
Gearforgirls had exactly the jacket i was looking for in the right colour. The price wS much lower than anywhere else. It arrived the next morning much to my surprise. I had notications all the time. Unfortunately i needed a larger size which wasnt in stock, i was informed immediately & fully refunded. Excellent service.

Fantastic Jacket and Fantastic service!
This is my first purchase from Gearforgirls but it won't be the last! I love my new ski Jacket and it was a great price too. I searched the internet for prices as a good ski coat is a big investment and Gearforgirls is very competitively priced with big brand names. Very quick delivery too and packaged really well. Would definitely recommend to friends.
