Ridiculous customer service
My friend and I purchased tickets from the US for a recent concert in the UK. The tickets were not sent in enough time and we were actually in the UK when the tickets arrived 2 days before the concert. We spent much effort trying to contact the customer service folks when we arrived in the UK to no avail. We were basically told there was nothing they could do for us. Mind you we spent probably three times over the original ticket price for these concert tickets. My husband in the US finally emailed a photo of the original tickets as we could not get the tickets shipped back to the UK in time for the concert. All I can say is NEVER use this business to purchase tickets unless you want to set yourself up for financial loss and much aggravation. On a positive note: We did finally get to the concert after pleading with the customer service person and showing her the stack of emails and communication we had with Get Me IN.com with NO thanks to them.
