Purchased Bruno Mars tickets in March and paid £400 for them. We picked our block and our rows for seats. We then get a call from customer services at GETMEIN 5 days before the event, that's right 5 days to say that they now cannot give us the tickets as they "don't have them"! So they have had our money in their bank for 7 months but now only decide to tell us!! Nothing else was offered to compensate for letting us down, only our money back (which will still take 15 working days to get into out bank). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Appalling service, appalling customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
