I purchased some tickets for the Arena Cross on 19th January thinking we were using a reputable company - The show is next weekend and my husband, his friend and my nephew have been really excited - we received an answermachine message today informing us the tickets are not available - they obviously took payment for the tickets in January and kept us waiting for tickets with just one week to go - I'm so relieved to hear you will give us our money back!! Well GETMEIN I will not use you or recommend anyone to use you in the future. Will you ring me 10year old nephew and tell him you've messed up??

As we’re a ticket resale website, we provide a secure platform for ordinary members of the public to sell on their tickets - we don’t actually own any of the tickets sold online. Regrettably your seller let us know that he was unable to supply your tickets in time.
In the rare cases where this happens we will do everything we can to find you replacements, unfortunately there just weren’t any equivalent tickets available so we refunded you immediately.
Today there’s an opportunity available to us to find some tickets for your nephew. If your family still wishes to attend, one of our team shall be in touch with you soon. We are sorry again for any disappointment caused.
