One mess up after another with no urgency to get it sorted from GET ME IN.

The tickets were advertised incorrectly on the website. The tickets were sent out a few weeks before the event but we got the wrong tickets. With no help from the website I rang their help line, after being on hold for 25 minutes I finally talked to someone. They told me they wouldn't know if I could be sent the right tickets until they had received the ones I had. I sent them back straight away via recorded delivery. I didn't hear anything from them so I rand again (on hold for 20 mins again) and they still couldnt tell me about my tickets. They said they would be in contact within the next week. They made no contact so AGAIN I rang them. Nothing had been done. They said to give it a few days, and this time someone did ring to tell me the tickets would be sent out. By this time we were a week before the event. Unlike when they needed the tickets back, the tickets were sent on a slow delivery and took 5 days to get to me. I finally got the tickets 2 days before the event. The memebers of staff on the phone were very polite and helpful at the time, but made no effort to get the problem fixed and it took for me to ring and nag to get the problem sorted. Will not be using them again.
