Ordered some personalised chocolate bars for invites & paid for express delivery. Despite spending over £160, they appear to have slapped a first class stamp on them & put them in a post box. No tracking or recoded delivery facility to give me any indication as to where they were and when I could hope to receive them. A week since they were ordered & no sign! I have placed 2 subsequent orders, with different companies, who delivered within 2 postal days, lower value goods but which were considerably larger in size! They were also both trackable if they did 'disappear' in the system.
One very upset daughter who has spent the last day personally contacting everyone on the guest list. When/if the goods arrive, they will be £160 of worthless goods! Chocolate isn't even good enough to warrant the cost!
I had ordered on my daughters behalf presents for the ushers and also a personalised bottle of champagne for my daughter and husband which I had paid extra for next day delivery. unfortunately they did not arrive til two days later! I realise this may have been a problem with the courier and if that is the case then I suggest you make sure they do deliver next day in future and not 2+ days !!!!
I ordered engraved cuff links for my husband choosing the next-day delivery option, as it was our anniversary next day. I also emailed them immediately after the order, telling them to include my desk number in the address as it was addressed to my office. The present didn't arrive next day, when I called them, it turned out that I made the order too late that day (3ish) but I haven't seen anything anywhere telling me a deadline for ordering the next-day delivery... And for some reason they chose to ignore my email about the address, all I got was "we can refund you the difference in postage fees". But the worst part was that only a few days later my husband accidentally dropped one of the cufflinks from a not very high table and it broke! Horrible quality for 20 pounds!
I would not recommend this company at all!
I placed an order for a personalised item to arrive before valentines day... the order was placed on the 6th of Feb and I'm still waiting on the 12th!!! I can't track the order either because I didn't seem to get an order# when the order was placed but the payment has been taken from my bank! So disappointed its unreal! 48 Hour delivery?? I think not!!!
My personalised items arrived broken due to terrible packaging.....after emailing the company three times, they failed to respond. I've given up now wasting my time trying to get in touch and wait for a reply. Awful...in fact, NO, customer service.
I ordered some personalized gift items for Christmas and I was blown away by the quality of the work. My message was carved very nicely and the quality of the products was exceptional. Pricing was very good and reasonable and acceptable delivery times even though delivery could have been a bit quicker but I do understand its Christmas peak.

Ordered a card very good price for self designing a card. I rang them as my CC was not accepted according to web site. They confirmed payment had been made and accepted, my order would be sent out the same day. Still waiting three days later and it's still pending. No reply to email. My first experience of using an online card service. Will not use again.
I recently purchased some wedding presents from this company at very short notice. I rang them up to see if the presents would arrive on time. They went to a great deal of effect to make sure this would happen. They all turned up on time and I am very greatful for this. Overall, good quality presents, arrived on time and good presentation of the packaging. Would definatley recommend this company.
